It's PERFECT if your looking to come and enjoy the island and have some quiet and peaceful time. It's close enough to everything, Condado, Isla Verde, Old San Juan and various other popular spots are all within 10 minutes from here!!! Roberto and Jaime are spectacular hosts!!! They are very accommodating and friendly. They let me check in earlier being that my flight got in really early!! Gave me a map of the area, and gave me very good suggestions, and personal advice!! I would highly recommend this lovely place if your on a budget and are not looking for perfection. By the way the A.C. was AMAZING, and they have dish network, with hundreds of channels!!! This was my first time here by myself and I am greatful to be in hands of hosts like these!! Also many good restaurants, Walgreens, are walking distance, and the beach is 3 minutes away. And they provide you with beach towels, chairs, sunscreen, etc.. The icing on the cake is you have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toster, and a electric stove!!! You save money by buying groceries and making your own breakfast, and have your own beverages. They also have a fridge where you can grab a beverage for one dollar. Also a sun deck and Jacuzzi!! They also have a lot of beautiful plants!!

We had a great stay at Roberto's place. The guesthouse is urrounded by shops and restaurants, but most importantly, the beach 3min walking distance.

I would have really been interested to book here close to family but they never answered their phone. What kind of place of business not answer their phone???

Nice place, clean, close to the beach, near some great restaurants. Had some problems with the shower, so that's why it's only 4 stars. They offered to upgrade our room, but we declined. Booked it on AirBnB with no problems.

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was small, but clean and modern. In the communal courtyard they provided access to beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, coolers at no cost, however, there were only a limited number of these available. The jacuzzi was clean and well maintained and turned on nightly. Limited free parking is available, but my guess is that during the busy season it fills up quickly.

My first impression of the area wasn't very positive, but over the course of our stay I realized that my impression was wrong. South of the guest house, there are some seedy looking areas, but based on the activity of pedestrians at most hours, it appeared very safe. Good restaurants in the area and a CVS just a few blocks away.
