We were a few years back but it was a beautiful hotel. Service and rooms were very good. Not sure how things are now after the hurricane.

Visited this place on a mini vacation in March. I loved the personalized service in this property, but this was expected, as it was a Waldorf. Excellent staff all around. Big property with its own water park, night club, and shopping center. Various restaurants and options for food. Palomino Island, the hotel’s private island, is a must - pristine beaches and many activities all around just a ferry ride away. Just an hour away from San Juan they have car rental services for those seeking to explore further. All around a great experience in PR.

One of the most awesome hotels I've stayed at!
4 Stars because it was so expensive.
We stayed in the condos near the marina and kids water park. That's where i would stay again if we decided to go back. We enjoyed staying down there because the noise level was minimal, the elevator ride up and down was awesome, and we could see when the beach ferry came so we wouldn't have to wait in the heat.
The hotel is ginormous and so interesting.
The hotel has it's own beach! Which is a ferry ride away.
The Food was great but expensive.
    Everything there is expensive.
My favorite area in the hotel was near the top level, I think it was called the Martin bar. Anyways it had a pool table, charming atmosphere and you could order a rack of lamb while you played!
See another post of mine for a nearby (a walk away) restaurant that's amazing and a quarter the cost!

Absolutely beautiful resort . So big and lots to do even has it's own private island called Palomino Island. Access to this island is worth staying here .Beautiful clear blue water and white sand beaches. A ferry takes you out there daily every 30min. I highly recommend it

So I give this resort three stars because it really does not live up to the Waldorf Astoria (of old) brand and to be quite honest not even the Hilton brand. I would like to give it a 2.5 star rating for that reason. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and have stayed at countless Hilton and Hilton managed properties and this one is lacking. The food was good as was the service but the overall appearance and ambiance of the place is subpar. There needs to be a significant investment in the exterior facade as well as some of the finished in the interior. I will say that the water park is awesomemy daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself there.

Perfection!!!!! We had the best time! So much to do, you don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to. Wish the drinks were stronger at the bars and we had a long wait for the ferry one day, but it didn't ruin our trip by any means. Everyone was friendly and helpful! The food at the resort restaurants was all great. (The food at the restaurant at the beach could use some help.) The pools and private beach were beautiful !!!!! Everywhere we went was very clean and kept up well. Could use a fresh coat of paint in places but it's a breathtaking location and resort in general. Our room was beautiful! We can't wait to go back!
