Check in and vastly improved over my previous stay. Friendlier staff as well. Nice rooms with fairly fast internet.

Long wait to get in our room, no microwave and fridge. Staff at the pool's bar were rude. I will stay at a different hotel if I visit San Juan again.

The best Sheraton I've visited. The Club lounge is beautiful with an iut door patio with a great view of the island. Staff was very accommodating. I felt like i was leaving family at check out.

Stayed Aug/Sept 2017. Had a great stay at this Sheraton. Solid place, nice facilities, really well-located. Great staff!! Very accommodating. Patricia and Alberto at the front desk were fabulous. Thank you for all the advice for visiting Puerto Rico, Patricia!

When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately greeted by the staff who offered to carry my bags in. The addressed me as Mr. Miller (making me feel old haha), at check-in they gave a list of local recommendations and made me feel like first class. They upgraded my room voluntarily "just because they have one available and want to ensure a great stay". The pool / hot tub and lounge deck have a breath-taking view and are very conducive to relaxing or socializing. During the stay, the staff was very responsive, professional, and kind. By far, this was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and many of the other guests I spoke to felt the same way.

Food was great and relatively inexpensive, staff was very friendly. The bathroom was also nice. My sheets did not appear to be brand new/pressed which was bothering me. The infinity pool is nice, however the view of construction in the distance is really off putting. Also the style used for the pools/decorations appear to use 1990s bathroom tiles.

Very friendly staff and maintenance/security works fast for any accomedations you have. I got a fridge delivered to my room in less than an hour after checking in, forgot my password to my safe (after setting it up) and security unlocked it for me in less than an hour as well. Location isn't bad, Old San Juan is a short drive away. Definitely recommend staying here.
