Got barely into our nonsmoking room that smelled heavily of smoke, when we saw a giant COCKROACH run across the back of the door! Left immediately and will never recommend this place.

Stayed here on 7/31/17, for 6 hours. The hotel, smelled musty, had water damage from an above room. Door stuck, so getting out of room was difficult. The WORST of it all was ROCHES coming out of the outlets in the bathroom. ( I took a picture, hoping to attach here, but could not).
Left my email and phone number for the manager to call me.to date have not heard back!
The "one" star is so this could be posted and save someone else the problems we had!
Sleep in your car---you would be safer!

From the minute You walk in the door it stinks like very old and dirty mold and cigarettes. The first floor smelled of cat urine. Our room was disgusting. Bathroom had black mold in the tub. Toilet had something dried all around the bowl. Exhaust fan did not work. Our beds had blood and urine stains allover the mattress. Linens were either dirty or in desperate need of replacement with stains. Had We of had another choice We would have left upon arrival and it is with certainty We will NEVER return!

Hotel smelled really bad. The rooms are outdated, dirty, cleaning lady would not clean our room or change our towels. We had to go in person and ask for them.Our first night that we stayed, our bag of snacks and some other items in the bag was taking by one of the cleaning lady while we were gone on our caving and hiking trip. She didn't even clean our room or did really anything to it. We called the front desk and mentioned that our bag was missing and the lady was not sure what we were talking about but she did mention that she will make a note of it. Well We never herd back from them again or got or bag back. Its a good thing that We didn't leave anything like expensive. We stayed there for 5 nights and we wish we paid extra to stay somewhere nicer to get a better service. We go to this arrea twice a year and it was our first time to try this hotel. We are never staying here again.

A great place to stay will all the comforts of home. Service with a smile and they really enjoy having you stay there. Great price, Great Service and Clean. Close to everything too

Room was nice. Very clean, just dated. The walls and decor were definitely from a few decades ago.
