As a recent new boat owner I needed to find a place to unfortunately get some major service done. We're talking head gasket, exhaust manifold replacement, having the head machines, carb rebuilt, water in oil, plugs, wires you name it and port side did it for me. I shopped around and while there may be cheaper fly by night guys out there port side was honest and upfront the whole time. They worked with me on my stated timeline when I needed the boat back they rushed to get me in. I confirmed they only use oem parts and have service guys who are incredibly sharp and good at what they do. They were fair on price and worked with me to earn my business and trust. You know what they say when you buy a boat find a good fair mechanic and I have found that in brad whom I think is their lead service manager. He communicated with me along the way keeping me informed as to the progress of my repairs. Overall trustworthy and honest they don't replace things that don't need fixed just to make more money! Quality group and friendly all around. I got the sense they just want to see people enjoy their time on the water!

The sales staff and service staff are top notch.

Their lead mechanic is extremely thorough and knowledgeable !

In the past 20 years, I have purchased 2 new boats here and each time it was a very good experience.

Now, I own an older boat (my 3rd) 1995 Hurricane SE2000 which they have worked on a couple of times and I am extremely happy with their service technicians.
