Excellent service. The staff is nice, welcoming, reliable and effective. The work is well done. I used to go in VW McKenna in HB and had been very disappointed by their services. I will definitely go back to VW Garden Grove for next maintenance. Highly recommend! A special thanks to Andrew :)

Brought car in for service, got car back within a few hours. Though the vehicle service part was good the customer service wasn't great. Didn't really feel welcomed there but oh well got my car taken care of.

My last experience with VW SERVICE DEPT.
I towed my car in and $400+ They fix it Or so I thought. 4 hrs Later car doesn't want to start. Finally I get it back and a 3rd "dynastic" I paid for the 1st and the 2nd was just to make sure it was fixed properly. This 3rd "dynastic" was on the house. $400+ For dyanasic and fuse. $136 to install a new battery I already had. That last one really bugged me because the all knowing psychic "dyanasic" test should of picked up a weak battery. Was it really out the question to not discount that last "maintenance fee"?
