Horrible service. They made us pay and then the owner decided not to let us stay. And cussed my self and my children out.

I live next door to this rat hole. Unless you appreciate listening to Hispanic music, and a bunch of people gathering outside drinking and acting like idiots, then do yourself a favor and look for other accommodations. There is MUCH better than this nearby. Someone needs to inform the Owner that just as he sued the Trucking Firm next door for disturbing their peace, he can likewise be sued for the same thing and that process will be beginning VERY soon if he doesn't learn to cage and control these Animals! Video evidence works great in Court.

My family and I stayed here for an off season weekend. We payed $85 for the night. Our room had two roaches that we instantly saw crawling around once we opened the door. The space was big but the furniture was bad a fold up table and chairs as dinning room set an old dusty two seater and a sink and stove top sitting on top of floating countertop. No cabinets. In the bedroom beside the two roaches we had an serverly leaking toilet running all night long leaking on the floor. We called for help and they didn't even offer a room switch they offered more towels and show should us how to work their broken toilet so that they have less of a toilet mess to clean up in the morning. Horrible. Don't stay here.

Will never stay here again. Along with everyone else in our company. The owner is nice, but his wife is extremely rude. Never cleaned our rooms the entire week and a half we were there. If we were out passed dark they tried to make us go inside our rooms. At one point someone from the staff kicked over a full beer and said get inside. They were also doing some remodeling and spilled water all over the floors and cleaned up the mess with some of my coworkers clothes. They have no respect for the people staying.

To be quite honest i have stayed there close to a yr due to a long project and the owners are not nice the rooms arent clean like they supposed to. I always felt like they were letting me stay here for free the way the act when you ask to fix something how they treat people. I know indian people were obnoxious but this two owners take the cake. They d win a price if there was one.. Please if you can avoid this place. Seriously.. I couldnt do it because my company payed for it. But definetely wouldnt pay a dime of my money to stay there.. They will call the cops on you for any reason. All on dont expect to have the wifi work most of time, calk them and they will say is too many people hooked on to it. My question how do bigger hotel deal with that. They buy more modems or whatnot to have their people on wifii d give the place Negative stars if they had that option..

Staff friendly and awesome service! Family owned business that takes care of the hotel really nice. Big rooms with full kitchenette and free wifi/ room service. Nice backyard/patio area with grilles to have barbecues!

Receptionist was absolutely rude. Didn't even really want to speak to us. Grateful we found Quail Run Lodge which by the way I couldn't give enough stars they were so great!
