Places like this reminds me of buy here pay here dealerships. They make up their own rules as they go it seems like. These employees are very incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would really prefer to give them an F-U star but they don't seem to have one. It all started when I signed my lease agreement that stated I would make my payments on the 15th of the month. first few months later at the most they started asking for my payment on the 1st of every month. I got to the point were I said I'm done you guys can have this equipment. Please don't lease with aarons, just a big headache. It's hard to argue with people that are uneducated. I don't mean that to sound rude but God knows it's the truth. Go to Rent- A- center in loves park,IL. I got a T.V from them. One day I came in to make my last couple of payments. They were so cool they told me don't worry about it we've taken care of your last couple payments. I should've went to them this time as well but if your reading this I was desperate for furniture just like you so I bit in. Places like this is designed to make profit off of people with Low income.

Not goodI should of ran when I was in the storeit was too much then.they tried everything to make me a customer.once I agreed and paid my money for washer and dryer and had delivery date there was another problemthey called an said we pushed your delivery to next wk.next wk gets here and they cant hook up the washer cant do this were just plugging it up.I can do that.after finding someone and paying them to come hook up my washer and dryerI put my 1st load in only for it to shoot water every where and makes this loud whistling noise and it shakes like crazy its not spinning like its completely broke. I call Aaron's and all they can say is were booked you have to wait.oh really.but I betcha they want there money on time.worst experience ever.its all about money here and mind you this is my very 1st time EVER renting.. Should of went to rent a center
