Overall a nice older Hampton Inn property. The Direct TV service had a good selection of HD channels. My room 413 had some mechanical challenges where the sink facet was loose and both the facet and tub/shower pull up tab was super stiff to operate. Just be aware that the train is near this property and during my stay I had two of them rumbling through my room waking me up at 2:30AM.

Great price and value. Room was at the same high standards we have found at other Hampton Inn & Hilton properties.
Cracker Barrel was right next door.
Pricing was comparable to the "Other not so nice hotel" located right across the street.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and well laid out/equipped. Fairly quiet except for elevator noise (from the elevator equipment) and an occasional train passing by. Lobby is nice, Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Quiet, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. Continental breakfast is served daily. Cracker Barrel is just across the parking lot and Subway is just to the side of the hotel. There is a medium sized mall with plenty of stores only a short drive away. Rooms are very conservative for a Hampton. Cherry wood tones interspersed with notes of gold and burgundy highlight the room. Only complaint I have is the bathtub didn't drain well. At the end of a 15 minute, I was ankle deep in water. I left word at the front desk about the issue, and I was assured that it would be taken care of. This morning the tub was draining well. Awesome job on being receptive to guest feedback!

I checked in on Friday about 5 pm the lobby was full. I was greated by Brittany she was very helpful and quick to help me she informed me of the amenity. She is an asset
To the Hampton inn I will return to the Hampton inn based on the way she treated me.
    Thank you Brittany!

These weary travelers received a warm welcome from Amanda! After a 12 hour drive from Georgia, we were happy to see Amanda's smiling face and hear her kind words! She IS the face of Hampton Inn, and she represented you fabulously! She provided fresh baked cookies and offered us a refreshing bottle of water! Kudos for hiring such a pleasant, customer friendly employee!
And we lucked up! When we checked out the following morning, she was again behind the counter with that BIG smile, she even sent us on our way with a "to go" bag with goodies for the road. We were most impressed by the service received!
The room was fabulous and the hearty breakfast was delicious!
If ever in the area again, we will return!

Not the easiest to see how to get to off the freeway, it's behind several other businesses. The rooms are standard Hampton, and kept clean / fresh. The cable package offered is nice, if you use it. There was a fridge and microwave in both rooms I've stayed in. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Nice atmosphere, welcoming and professional staff. Also super cool with a bunch of Pokémon GO players hanging around.

Very friendly check in, front desk is extremely professional. The hotel is clean. The halls were a little warm especially with how humid and warm it was outside, the A.C. could be set a little lower. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator, which is a bonus. Breakfast was ok, not great. Continental with some eggs and French toast. Overall a pretty nice place to stay. Clean, friendly and easy access.

While I didn't stay at the hotel I met a colleague there to discuss some business matters. We spent about an hour there just in the lobby. He actually stayed there for the night. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet.

We were in for the weekend to attend our daughter's graduation from MU and give the experience a Excellent x 5 - highly recommend. Clean room, great linens. Bed and pillows awesome. Friendly staff - very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding - food fresh and filled. Really clean and well kept. Quiet area off the highway and close enough to many restaurants and gas. East commute to Huntington. Oh and great price!
