The customer service by this establishment is really unprofessional. I made a simple request; I asked if you could cut the chicken Philly in 3rds, that my six year niece could eat the sandwich better. The lady very rudely we don't do that. We will cut it one time. I almost told her keep it, I'll take my money elsewhere.

I've been going here for the last 6 years. Their food is amazing. Their wings, philly cheesesteaks, gryos, and fries are my favorite. Out of all the American Deli's I've been to this is by far the best. Chill service, quick, clean, and awesome food.

I've been going here for the last 6 years. Their food is amazing. Their wings, philly cheesesteaks, gryos, and fries are my favorite. Out of all the American Deli's I've been to, this is by far the best. Chill service, quick, clean, and awesome food.

It was the worst service you could possibly imagine. I ordered my food at 12:50pm. I only ordered fried rice. My friends that ordered wings and and a philly got their food around 1:15pm. At 1:30, my order still wasn't done and I had to get my money back in order to get back to work on time. Which did not happen!
