Authentic food that is delicious! It reminds me of being in Austria. I love the Rueben sandwich, bratwursts, red cabbage, potatoes everything have ordered had been yummy. It takes me to another place (country) when I go there. I love that you can buy the German groceries, cookies, chocolate and so much more.

I love this place! Great Red cabbage and sauerkraut. Don't expect a warm hug as you walk through the door. Typical cafeteria with German hospitality and charm.

Amazing food. It's about $10 a plate. Fair amount of seating. They have a mini "grocery" area where you can buy German products. Don't worry if there is a big line, it moves quickly.

If you like German food and are in Salt Lake City, this is the place to go. We had a large party, some who had never experienced traditional German food. I had spetzle and gravy with bratwurst. Other foods were hot potato salad, red cabbage, macaroni salad, more bratwurst. It is a deli, no table service. There is a lot of seating, but you have to know there is some in the back. In additional to lunch, they have European candy and a meat counter. There was a constant line while we were there. Any time we are in town it is a must stop for us for traditional German food.

I have been coming here since I was a babe in arm 21 years ago, and there are few places I enjoy more. I've travelled to Germany myself and find the food at Siegfried's to be just as good. Whenever I'm sad, nothing in the world cheers me up like a bratwurst and a cup of their potato salad. Their food is filling, the prices are great, and the staff is kind.

Had dinner here recently. The layout is cafeteria style, staff serves, you pay and seat yourself. I ordered the bratwurst/pork steak combo with the hot sauerkraut. It was great! A plus for me was they have beer. I sat at the counter that faces the street. It was a really nice experience having dinner at Siegfried's.

I was amazed with all of the German food they had for sale. I ate lunch here and loved the red cabbage. I also had spaetzel a cabbage roll and German chocolate cake.

This place takes you back to the 1950s in Brooklyn, New York. Great atmosphere, brings in a diverse group. Free parking nearby on Saturdays!! Its a restaurant and a butcher shop. Everything tasted great--authentic German food. 5/5 will eat there again. 👍

This is one of my favorite Salt Lake City restaurants. The German food is delicious and authentic. There are tons of great bratwursts available as well as goulash and weinersnitchel. There is also a market with imported foods including a huge supply of European chocolates. I've been eating here for years and continue to come back often.

Awesome authentic German food! It's just a small meat market and grocery store that also serves awesome German food. I would highly recommend the schnitzel, spaetzle with gravy, and the sauerkraut. Their sauerkraut was probably the best I've ever had!

The place to go for fresh, tasty German food on the go! Great little store, meat counter, bakery and walk up deli including German beers on tap! They have Spaetzle, numerous kinds of German sausage, sauerkraut, red cabbage, hot potato salad and so much more.
Parking is difficult, at meters if you can find one, or walk from City Creek Center! Definitely worth the effort.
The only downside is the grilling smoke was heavy and made me a bit sick, so just order your food to go and enjoy the beautiful weather outside!

This is a fun place to get German food items. The prices on their food are reasonable. The prices on their German chocolates, candies, and groceries are high but worth the cost because they have items you can't get other places. My children are learning German so when we go, we speak German with each other. It is a fun little place to try a little taste of Germany.
