We went to Rodizio to celebrate my husband's birthday tonight. The food was terrific, but our server was very slow. We were disappointed until a manager came to our table just to check on things, and immediately worked to make things right for us. His service was incredible, and made our visit definitely worthwhile.
This is the most unfortunate place I've ever eaten. The staff was not terrible, the atmosphere is okay, and the food is over all a solid 3/5. Where this place falls short is in experience and expense. If I'm paying upwards of 25 dollars a plate, I expect a top notch staff that doesn't pass over you 5 times in an empty restaurant before you get their attention, an atmosphere and a banquet that are delicious and unique, and bathrooms without sticky floors. I expected more. If you want to spend 25 dollars a plate, go to lion house, the la caille, or somewhere where you'll feel you have spent good money. Better yet, go to one of the many quaint venues North and South that provide an over all 5 star experience.
I hadn't been to this location in 5 years and I was bummed when it wasn't the same. The food was great. A few of the meats were dry and overcooked but I know some people don't like any red on there meat. My biggest problem is that every surface was sticky or dirty. They need to hire someone to just wipe everything down really well and shine the place up.
We went on a Monday evening. There were only about 3 other small groups there. The salad bar had lots of different options as well as the yummy Brazilian bread. Our server and overall the service was fantastic. The meat though I think was just okay. There were some pieces that I really liked and some that I felt we're just okay. As far as my personal preference I think that Tuchanos had some better slabs and flavors of meat, especially for the price. I would definitely go here again though.
Was a great dinner once we found the Restaurant, should have used Google Maps, the Restaurant is next to the Movie Theater right next to the freeway. Service and food were great, we got there just before the Dinner rush, so no waiting in line, this is a busy location because the food is so good, can't wait to try the new location in Provo area, trolley square has been great since they opened years ago, as you see I don't have any problem trying different locations of this Restaurant we like the adventure of the drive and siteseeing as we find places to eat, we live in Bountiful about 50 miles from this location, and it was worth the drive try it out
The costumers service is excellent and for that I would give 5 stars. But the experience with the meat wasn't very good. The two first meat that they brought were delicious but the next four were completely raw! Just because of that I am giving 3 stars.
This place is the bomb. We had a great time last night. The meats are delicious. The staff and management are very friendly and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Thanks again.
This place is amazing! Lisa our server was super upbeat and happy while making jokes with me and my friends. She deserves a raise for how great of an experience we had. The server is what makes the experience worth it. Will be coming back as a customer! Sharing this place with all of my friends. The reviews on here don't give this place justice. You guys need to check it out for yourself!
I want to like Rodizio Grill so much, but the only way to do it is to go when they are busy. That way you can guaranty that everything will be fresh and warn.
The salad bar doesn't have much to offer. But, they have the small French bread that is really good. The atmosphere is really nice. But, they could get better with their food.
Love the all you can eat meat but for some reason my gut didn't like all of it afterwards. It tasted great though. The server's were at our table every five seconds which was more annoying than accommodating.
Excellent quality of food, good service. Staff very attentive. William was our "main server" and made sure to check on us regularly and help our experience be smooth.
They keep the meat coming. Expensive but worth it a couple times a year. Go hungry and pace yourself.
Great place to eat for a variety of grilled meats. They just keep coming until you stop it. Awesome salad bar, too. Grab a Groupon to defray the cost.
We got a great table, the servers were okay. I didn't see our waitress much. Our table waited a while to get a refill. She came at the end of the meal to offer dessert and then realized the whole table had been out of drinks.
If you're paying with card, check what they charge you. We charged with card and gave the waiter our tip in cash. When checking our statement, we got charged the tip again. Very shady. Not the best. I'll stick with going to Salt Lake
