  As a travel agent, I am amazed to actually stay at a place with superb customer service, attention to detail, charm and elegance and right in the heart of everything going on in the Newport shopping and restaurant district! What a great gem! Estabon is amazingI plan to bring a group here by next fall

  We have stayed three yrs in a row. Service is awesome. Staff wonderful! And pricing great! Walk to everything. Staying again next year .

  Unique cozy Inn, right in the heart of downtown Newport. The breakfast is fantastic and don't forget about Tea Time. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The rooms are all unique. It is our favorite place to stay in Newport!

  Great location. $18 parking & not guaranteed is not ideal. Room was freezing and cant control from room?! Clean and well kept

  Cleanliness was great, service was great, breakfast spread was really neat, though some quality is sacrificed for quantity. Location is really great, so easy for walking anywhere. Price was reasonable, room was cute but small, one problem was it was really noisy at night, lots of rowdy partyers outside the window and the room isn't at all soundproof. If you turn on the ac it helps drown things out. Anyways this place was perfect for us aside from that.

  Great little Inn. Cozy and comfortable. The pet birds in the vestibule are a little annoying early in the morning if your room is in close proximity. Get to breakfast early or things will be cold and ehh. Nice people. We would return!

  Place very quant, hometown feel, yet also oldtimey. Breakfast was amazing. Great service, would stay again.
