At check in I stood a bit with no one asking if they could help. Then when I interrupted the rude vulgar conversation they were having about a guest who stays there frequently or lives there and how he was a drunk and his big red swollen nose on and on cursing laughing and carrying on. When I interrupted they seemed annoyed. Then when they spoke it was obvious they were and I was bothering then to do their jobs. Checked the room and it was nasty clean sheets no bugs but nasty filthy! Years of being smoked it and no cleaning. Family's live here. Also thinking most employees as well live on premisses. Asked for a towel and was scolded! Asked for more tp and was scolded. had a friend with a walker visit told them at check-in and still put me in the farthest room! Horrible customer service! NEVER AGAIN! lots of drugs looked to be done on the bathroom sink counter as it was cut up with razor blade marks. Showers have no pressure. I could go on and on! This place is a joke!! Boycott so the employees get what they are worth no jobs and no homes!! WORTHLESS STAFF!!!

Room is poorly lit. Blanket is very thin. Towels and wash cloth could be used for sandpaper. Wild not stay there again.

You pay $100 for a room and its worse than sleeping on the streets. Rooms are severely outdated and the bathroom is very small. I would not recommend them ever. Worse hotel experience.

I think this hotel is pretty decent especially considering prices. The staff is extremely nice and the rooms are kept up very well. They are in the middle of renovation, and the rooms that have already been redone look Fantastic! For a 2 star hotel and for the prices, I believe its a good deal and great stay. If you're looking for something extra fancy, dont land your eyes on a two star hotel and perhaps look more toward a 4 or 5 star. But overall I think this place is pretty worth it!

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience I've ever had here. The first room they gave me was a complete mess. No sheets towels toilet paper and trash everywhere. I took one walk in a turned right around. After demanding another room they "upgraded" me and as I am about to put the key in the door somebody was coming out of my room! Managers are never around. Still waiting for a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! It's a $&@!hole run by idiots

The room are dim and there are stains on the furnitures. I get skin rashes after a few days staying here in this inn. The receptionists are unfriendly and they won't be willing to help you with anything.

Where to start.
1. The smell. This dank hotel has a smell that will make your nose hair burn and fall off.
2. The Residents. There are way too many addicts/drug dealers who like to permanently reside at this hotel. Back in December they were raided for a serious drug bust.
3. The appearance. Can you say gross! All of their cushions or basically anything made of cloth has rips and tears in it. There is blood smeared over the walls. Pubic hair in the toilets and beds. (Not mine). The pool is empty due to "reconstruction" which has been going on since they opened and they decided it would be a good idea to throw a bunch of mattresses (which also smell and look horrific) into the pool room. There is barely any lighting and it's hard for you to find anything, not even the hallways have lights. I guess that's enough since I could go on and on about their appearance.
4. Their customer service. Or should I say the lack their of, was wow. The receptionist who likes to answer the phone is absolutely unnecessarily aggressive. I ended up not even staying in the room and had no problem paying for it. When I called to verbally check out the reception ASSUMED I was calling to complain and told me immediately there was nothing to do to help me. When she finlly shut her pie hole I was able to better explain myself. Ha. This place is a huge joke. I literally paid NOT to sleep there. The fact they charge more than 5 dollars for a room is a rip off. That is all.

This place is judge mental. I was denied a room because I was asked if I wanted a smoking room or a non smoking rooms. I said smoking room will be fine and was denied because that was the room I preferred and they was non available. Told her it wouldn't be in issue but said she didn't believe me smh. Let me remind you as I was walking in to check in the lady (Nicole) who worked at the front desk was half way out the front door basically smoking in the building. Don't come here unless you want to get racially profiled.
