Stayed here for a month for work. It is an older motel but the prices were fair and the staff was very nice. They've renovated the rooms nicely so they are more updated. My only negative is that the room had a sort of musty cigarette smell that I assume is from back when the hotel had smoking rooms. Other than that, everything was great. The motel is also conveniently located near multiple grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend if you want an affordable and quiet place to stay in the Newport area.

Clean, plenty of parking, quiet on the bottom floor. Staff if friendly and accommodating. Losing 1 star because the pillows are small.

Gave us a cheaper room than we paid for, until we brought it to their attention, of course.
Little red ants were our constant companions and we were NOT eating in our room. Cleaning crew never bothered with our room on the second day for some reason, but the front desk was happy to give us a pile of fresh towels (gee, thanks)! Garbage on the ground around the dumpsters and in the parking lot for two days, was still there when we left. They did a good job with breakfast, so no complaints about that! All in all, the place is generally a dive. Needless to say, we're never going back. Sure 'you get what you pay for', but c'mon guys! I doubt there were NO better places in our budget. Live and learn, I guess!

Had to change rooms. The first room the bed was like sleeping on a mountain and us falling in the middle of the bed. Like rolling down a hill. The phone wasn't connected to anything. Just a big hole in the wall where the jack was. But they changed my rooms better accommodations. Bigger room. Better beds. It's adequate.

Modern, updated rooms with plenty of work space, windows that open, a dozen available outlets. Nice, responsive front desk staff. Reported a concern and it was fixed immediately with appreciation for bringing it to their attention.

Quiet area, really conveniently located, overnight guy was amazing, very helpful and exceptionally nice. Totally gonna be using them again in the future.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Booked a room for a wedding in Newport. Turns out our room was bigger than the rooms blocked out for the wedding party and cost 1/3 less.
