This is a very nice hotel. My room was nice i had a nice large flat screen tv. Everything felt clean. When you pull up you can tell they are renovating but I wasn't disturbed. My door card locked and unlocked my room with no problem. I think the locals wrecked the other rooms because they no longer accept local guests. I had no issue signing into the Wi-Fi. This will be where I stay if I come to lale city again. ❤

Very nice especially for the price. Quiet heating, clean with comfortable beds. I have stayed at America's Best before and they have been a good solid value with quality.

The location is perfect because its in an area with alot of food places the rooms are bad because they are infested with roaches the service sucks

We talked to the person in the lobby who was more interested in the television in the backroom and for a standard room with a king size bed. We walked in the room and a live roach was sitting on the desk. My boyfriend tried to kill it and it ran away. We went back into the lobby, made him aware of the situation, and asked for a refund. He was understanding and did give me a refund (the only pleasant part). We went elsewhere.

We needed a place to stay after the storm knocked out our power. Thus was the only vacancy in town. The room was nice and the AC blew really cold

Bedding was dirtyno phone in roomwalls filthyroaches everywhere..light wouldn't work..no elevator..refrigerate filthy dirty washcloths in bathso called breakfast dried up honey bunI would give a zero rating if this had one I've stayed in some dumps before but this was below that level

Room was cleanish. Live and dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Walls paper thin, just like the pillows. Floor felt like it was about to break through in spots. Strong deodorizer smell in the room. A/C worked. Had older refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast very skimpy. Would not stay here again.

I was surprised that it was a little old and stained carpet including the hallways. the high reviews had guided me in there. and when I called the price was a little over $50 I've seen much worse and it did not seem to be unclean although I'm not real particular. continental breakfast contained cheap pastries, coffee and carton apple juice. the bed and TV were okay the shower did not drain but has hot water. staff is great. all of the clientele that I passed by appeared to be upstanding enough.
