Definitely a 5 star experience. Including manager Adam delivering stellar customer service. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great atmosphere. Pool area was clean and not drenched with chlorine. The manager special from 5pm to 7pm was an amazing experience. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the excellent service!

Comfortable and quiet. Pillows were like half the size of normal pillows, odd? Room needing some repairs. Large cracks in walls above beds, several places with missing paint in bathroom, seems to be getting a little run down. Still a nice place to stay with an awesome breakfast and great service!

As of now, I am extremely upset with what happened. I've been staying in this hotel for a few days now, the breakfast is great and the rooms are super clean. Apparently, when I extended my reservation for two more nights they only put one night in the system. I came back one day to find out that my key is not working and when I went to the front desk they told me that the card did not go through therefore my stuff have been packed up and put in the office. The main reason I am pissed off is because they didn't even call me. Not to mention the fact that I am missing some stuff and I have no way tracking them down since I did not pack myself

Clean rooms, helpful staff, free coffee bar in reception. Overall a nice place to stay! My only complaint would be about the room service. It's almost entirely meat and cheese food items. It's 2017, get some plant based items on there!

We were a late check in..but at 11 at night I was greeted by smiling happy people. They got me checked in very quickly. The room was clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was very comfortable and the night staff were very accommodating. We had spoken to someone before our stay there and asked if we could have a later checkout time, the man on the phone said it should be no problem. Well come Sunday morning the host John was very rude to us. He snapped that the checkout time was a firm 12pm. He wasn't polite about it or apologetic. It was an unpleasant exchange. So if you don't have to deal with him then I would totally recommend this hotel

An older hotel but well taken care of. Friendly staff and clean. We were surprised there was a "managers reception" every night from 5-7. Hot wings, regular wings, meatballs, nachos, red wine, white wine, Miller Lite and Spotted Cow.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Decent size pool and hot tub. Nothing super fancy, but an excellent deal for the price. Highly recommend checking out the Manager's Special where they offer free Miller Lite and Spotted Cow on tap plus nachos and other snacks. Lasts between 5-7pm, so get there early!

Front desk staff was very nice. Pool was wonderful (but had an odd smell). Cocktail hour is a nice touch as well. Location is very convenient and near tons of food options. Room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms somewhat small but comfortable. Check-in needs attention. We arrived about 1:00 and inquired about getting in early: room's not ready yet. Fine, we found an activity to do nearby and tried calling (as suggested by staff) around 2:15 only to be hung up on twice and the third time finally answered with room's still not ready. Arrived back at hotel promptly at 3:00 (posted check-in time) only to be told housekeeping still wasn't quite done with our room. It was only a few minute delay, thankfully, but felt like eternity after a long drive with two small children who needed naps. I expect that by posted check-in time, rooms ought to be ready, especially if someone has been inquiring about them several times already. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants.

Decent proximity to Epic for those going for training or events. Rooms are clean. Service was friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay. Would stay again!

Came in for Epic XGM and they said they "weren't running shuttles to pickup guests from the airport this week". They were listed as a hotel option by Epic so that was a little strange. After a $38 + tip cab ride later, the hotel seems nice and has everything your expect from a Hampton inn or similar, including a waffle maker in the breakfast bar and good coffee in the lobby.

I really I was pretty impressed. My only complaint is that the shower pressure is very poor. I was on the third floor so that might be why. Also, be sure to adjust the thermostat to your liking. It was off when I got there, but I didn't notice until later. Otherwise, everything was very nice. There's a cheesecake factory right across the street that is pricy, but very good. And the staff are friendly.

We were visiting Madison for a weekend and stayed at this place. It's really a nice place to spend your weekend. Not too far from State Capitol and main attractions. Breakfast was awesome lot's of options. Free fresh coffee all day. Rooms were clean and decent. Manager had arranged for free snacks and Beers between 5PM to 7PMcan't beat that, can you? Hotel is located in safe neighborhood which was plus too.

Room was clean and in good shape. The mattresses almost seemed new and were very comfortable. The stay included breakfast which was more than just a small Continental type. The food was of good quality and selection given the price of the stay. We would definitely stay here again.
