We had the whole resort to ourselves because we rented out all cabins, and it was great. Peaceful, quiet, and secluded enough from the bar. Great view and close enough to town.

Amazing experience, so nice to be in nature!! The cabin was clean and cozy, my husband and I had a awesome time fishing on the lake. We will definitely be coming back.

Summer (July 4th) 2017 visit. Very basic, clean, small but poorly screened "Snuffy Smith" styled cabin. Responsive management with limited amenities, e.g. watercraft but inactive WiFi. This was not a deal breaker for us but FYI.
Glad to have gotten away to visit the area but won't be returning to Kathan Inn & Resort.

We love Kathan Inn! The Arbutus cabin is our cabin of choice for our annual snowmobile trip to Eagle River. Its located right on the trail but far enough from town for a great getaway.
