Just a little bit pricey for my taste but the smell might just make you buy something. Defenatly great atmosphere. Moderately quite. Art/french teamed. Cool hang out bakery. College crowd. Very nice friendly place. It also has a romantic feel to it. Really liked it; everyone was so cool and fashionable.

Such a cool, funky and welcoming place. The minute one walks into this multifaceted restaurant, it's like being transported away from this warehouse/industrial district in which it is located.
The decor is eclectic, the food has that homemade feel to it. The quiche was fluffy and filling. The Spinach, Asparagus, Leek and Thai Soup were so full of flavor.
It's an expedition to walk around all the rooms that make up Amelie's and find all the different places to sit. A distressed table, a comfortable couch, a small table tucked into a corner It's well worth the trip.

Amazing French pastries and Cafe fare. The best hot chocolate and coffee I've ever had. The decor is eclectic with seating choices of tables & chairs or couches with a coffee table. Not cheap, but well worth it!

Make sure you ask before you are handed your dish over the counter to get the item heated up. Once it is in your hands you cant then get it heated. And you do need to ask, the employees aren't forthcoming with small details. The bread pudding takes 12 minutes to heat which was also not said. The iced chai cream was very good but very small. Customer service needs to step it up. Food was very good, at least the one that was heated. Also expect to wait a while in line. Is it worth it, yes. Just make sure you get everything you want in line the first time so as not to have to be waiting for another 15 minutes plus food and beverage prep time.

This is my first time here and I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I had a blackberry and strawberry fruit tart and a cup of jasmine tea, which were really good. The staff here was really nice too! If I get the chance I will definitely make the effort to come here again.

This was my first experience at Amelie's. It's a cool place. Plenty of Podgorica energy. Filled with people studying, networking, socializing and just enjoying the food and environment. So I had a croissant sandwich and it was awesome. Also the saddled caramel brownie was divine. My only reason for the 4 versus the 5 was because of the lack of staff "circling" around. Maybe that's just the method there, is that you go up to the front to order as opposed to people asking you, but it world have been helpful to not to have to break my train of thought to go shams in line for 8 minutes up place an order. Although the ladies at the front were extremely helpful and polite. And like I said the food was SPECTACULAR. Croissant was lightly toasted, nice soft crunch on the outside while light and airy on the inside. The didn't skimp on the turkey and the bacon was perfectly cooked. The decor was amazing. .so many conversation pieces. I will definitely be visiting there again.

Great atmosphere! I took my 1 year old crawling baby and met a friend and it was really relaxing. Everyone was very sweet to my baby as she crawled around. The coffee and the baked goods were delicious! Super friendly staff!

    Amélie's was an interesting place.

First off the decorations alone are worth the visit. This is easily the most widely decorated bakery/restaurant I've ever seen.

I went basic and had a cup of earl gray. it was enjoyable and I liked being able to sit at a bar, table, and couch all in the same place.

My girlfriend and I took home some macaroons that were outrageous. Fell in love with the orange and lemon ones. Highly recommend.

Amélie's was my first taste of Charlotte when I visited a few years ago. It was the chicken salad sandwich and chocolate mousse cup that I thought about first when I chose to make Charlotte my permanent home. There is almost always a line- but that's a testament to the great food, amazing service, and eclectic atmosphere.

Amazing french bakery! It's open 24/7 so it's a great place to study or hang out as a college student. Plenty of space and locations to work/eat within the bakery too. The atmosphere and decor is eccentric, fun, and cozy!

Never visit this place when you're in a hurry. You'll want to savor the moment. From the interior to the people watch, not to mention the deliciousness behind the counter. Went at an off time. Was still about 20 in line but it moved quickly. Love that it's 24 hours too. Artsy funky eclectic and tasty treats

Great coffee, great pastries and friendly service! It can get crowded here so seating is sometimes difficult. The fact it's open 24 hours is amazing for the late night owls. Their food is fresh and tasty. Try the creme brulee- it's divine!
