My big problem with this is on opening night on a big hit movie when peoole pay good money for tickets they rrally really need ushers seating people last night beautt and beast was chaos it took us a half hour to get our seats we had to go to custimer service have somoeone walk us to our seats kick people out of our seats and than help the people kick other people out of there seats she was there for a while rearranging everyone. And this all could of been prevented if there was someone there to seat us

Mall hours are horrible. -1

Management sucks. -1

Hallways are wide enough. +1

People walking in the mall don't know which side to walk on. -1

Each store is different but their lines are mostly in Kaos with their directions. -2

Customers are mostly rude to everyone. -1

Parking is a nightmare as Christmas approaches. -3

Things to be out of stock, and ads have small fine print. -3

Total score : 1 to -12= Altamonte grade score for the holidays is an -11. That means it's a waste to go there during the day

My favorite Mall in central Florida! The FYE store, where you can still buy records, CD's and DVD's, is worth the trip alone and the food court has a big variety. Malls will never be as fun as they were in the 80's but this one comes close.

My sister went to the jcpennys salon and this is what happened My younger sister went to get her hair done here a few days ago MIRA did it she made my sisters hair looked burnt and then made her feel bad for getting what she wanted which was a root touch up with a trim my sisters hair was to her waist and now it's just above her bust. Correct me if I'm wrong but that is not a trim. Anyways she left the salon in tears I will write a review on their Facebook page with a picture.

Not sure if this is allowed, but will try. My cat Lilly got out a few months ago and been trying to find her. I had broken my ankle in 3 places and still cant get around. She was last seen on Grant in Longwood 32750.. my number is 407-955-3252 she is a female Simese and is multi colored. has a slit in her ear. So if you are out and see her, please let me know. I go all the time and it's always the most amazing experience ever with all the malls around I have to say both the Altamonte and Seminole Towne Center mall are the best Mo's to go to in all of Florida I also met my wonderful amazing love of my life husband at the Altamonte Mall.

I moved to the area recently and struggled to find a hair salon. I met Melinda one day while walking through Dillards and she was very cordial and gave me her card. I visited a month later and have been coming ever since. Excellent products, staff and service!

The smell of pop corn is overwhelming all over the mall its gross & not something I want to smell when shopping for candles or clothes. Get rid of that kiosk.

Went to visit the Apple Store n I must say absolutely exceeded my expectations! Might I mention I haven't been to this mall in over 8yrs! The staff were friendly n greeted me as soon as I walked in! Extremely helpful n knowledgable! Wish I knew the gentlemans name that assisted me cuz he was awesome! The resolved all my concerns n I definetly walked out with a Smile and a New Phone😉

Great selection of stores! 2 Sephora's!! A MAC, A Starbucks with The Cheesecake Factory inside (small selection but enough), The Soap Factory, F.Y.E, Hot Topic, Victoria Secrets, an awesome nail salon that does eyebrow threading and eyelash extensionswhat more can a girl ask for? I think it's the better of the malls in Central Florida!

Jan.2017. No gamestop, Mircosoft, Bookstone. FYE store was there. Mall was nice. One cell phone charger station. Great place to be if you are waiting more then an hour for your movie to start. Food court was reasonable, but don't expect a 2nd food sample.

I used to frequent this mall as a teen in the 80's and I loved it!I understand time changes things but this mall is sadly becoming like the others just a one crap store after another..

Macys is a Super store very very wide sele tion of clothes. Also Dillard's is great so hard to choose from.

Manager Christina was extremely rude to myself and another customer. Even after it was clear there was a misunderstanding she refused to apologize for her attitude. Do NOT shop here.
