Sears is awful. No inventory to speak of. Food court is relatively small. Lots of stores and some cute non-chain stores. I guess its good for oviedo, but doesn't have as much of a selection as one would think.

It was a very busy mall back in the early 2000 but it has gotten slow and many stores left. But its trying to make a come back. I really hope so. So many good memories there.

Sadly another dying Mall. They have lost out on caring about the restrooms in this mall at all. I went on a Sunday mid afternoon the mall was not busy at all but the bathrooms were disgusting. There are a few decent shops still in this mall. The food court does not seem to be worth much either.

This mall has seen better days but it's still a good one. They have most of your major stores and some smaller ones. Looks like they are trying to do some improvements and bring more business in which I am excited about because I would hate to see it go out of business. It's generally clean and easy to find parking whenever I go.

I love the Oviedo Mall, the stores aren’t always packed but have a lot of foot traffic, the movie theater is great! Plus they have multiple things for kids to do and are adding even more family friendly stuff to do! Oviedo Mall is striving to become better so if you have the time you should definitely check it out!

Movies have good listings, two nail salons to choose from, Shoe City!, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Barnes & Noble and more. Still haven't tried the Sushi place. I'm looking forward to seeing what is placed in the old Macy's anchor spot.

Quiet Local Mall. A few closed locations, but its perfect for small families looking for a good afternoon outing. Plenty of Food Selections in the food court as well as good shopping for just about anyone.

While a lot of indoor malls are experiencing decay as anchor stores close, Oviedo Mall is doing fairly well despite the closure of its Macy's. There are plenty of chain stores, some innovative original stores, and there's a plethora of food and drink options inside and in the area surrounding the mall.

The atmosphere is nice without feeling stuck up, and it's a safe option for families.

The ghost mall is coming alive. So much new stuff coming it is exciting to watch it come to fruition. Mall needs roof repairs. Lots of leaking during heavy rains. Air conditioning has some hot spots . more stores needed. More good choices and real sit down restaurants needed.

There is a theater in here, lots of places to eat and a nice number of stores to shop in. I do not like that there are two places in the food court that put food on a toothpick and stick it in your face to try it, but they do have clean bathrooms here. The second level of Sears seems to be the place where all the teenagers go to make out with each other and sit in each other's laps without fear of any store associates interrupting. However there is a science store in here for kids and my son loves It! Every Friday night they have a science class from 6pm -10pm and it is only $20. They not only do fun and interesting things with the kids but they also feed them pizza. The age limit is 12.

I love the quiet atmosphere here. It's never too crowded and there are a lot of little quaint family owned shops. There are lots of great food court options too. Definitely a place to make an afternoon of if you're looking for something relaxing and fun.

This is a great mall. It has everything a suburban town needs. I love that it keeps surviving potential closings - only to revitalize and thrive again. The movie theater and food court are a favorite destination for my family.

it was a nice outing with my disabled mother in law who I have to push in a wheel chair. I also like that the mall was not jammed packed with people so it made it more comfortable for my mother in law. I like the diverse food options because she is a picky eater and I like trying new things. We were able to navigate the mall without much traffic. I got my steps in and had just the right amount of resistance with the up and down flooring. She was able to find some frames that she liked and we were able to order some shoes she had been looking for for a very long time. Overall the experience was good.

They've improved quite a bit in the last few years. The last time my mom and I were here was about two months ago, and we were both surprised how many people were there. We'd never seen it so crowded. That was great to see! It was even busier than Fashion Square! The food court has gotten better and all the workers were nice and helpful in every store we went to.

Hoping to go again this weekend and go see a movie. They have a great theater!

I'm sad that Macy's is gone, but, something will take its place soon!
