We are timeshare owners in August and December are really enjoy our stay. The area around Helen can be a bit expensive but it's a tourist area so you rather expect it. Betty's Country Store is close by and has most everything you'll need. If you can't get it there, go to Ingles in Cleveland.

I've never been so disappointed in a resort!
The only good thing that came from thus resort was the free tubing!!!!

Nice resort, although it could use a few upgrades. The pool and water slide are very nice, and I love that there is a full kitchen in each unit.

Oh no! The resort is antiqueexpect to be out everyday tubing because that's what you get for free. It's live in town then serene back here.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet. They seem like they're in need of updating but they're nice. The property is nice and secluded away from the noise of downtown Helen.

The room we had smelled of cigarettes and you have to pay to get fresh towels, if you don't get them on a Monday. What!? That is just beyond crazy to me! For extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, trash bags liquid soap you have to pay!! Most resorts & even hotels give you shampoo & conditioner.not here. Very cute town but not sure we'd stay here again. Heated pool broken, not to be repaired for two weeks, blanket on bed was gross looked like it had not been washed in years, under the beds are gross too, kitchen needs updating. Gate guard was nice & very welcoming. Wi-Fi was good.

Not an upscale fancy place, but a great place to stay. The condo we rented was roomy and comfortable. It was like going back to the 1980's but the price was right. The kitchen was big, and the grounds were well maintained. We did not get a chance to go to the pool, and I was not happy that the night guard asked for me to write my credit card number down to check in after hours. NO WAY. They need a more secure way for people to make payment, the employees kept pressuring me to give them my credit card number, making me even more wary.
When we checked out on Sunday a group of them were standing out front smoking. It was unappealing.
