A very nice park. Jason checked us in and as other reviewers have said he was friendly, funny, informative, and professional. The pool and spa were very nice and clean. They had a concert and cook out in the park while we were there, that was really neat. The grounds were tidy. Again, a very nice park. The only reason we give 4 not 5 stars is because of the wait time to get in the gate in the morning on the weekends and the afternoons Mondays and Tuesday. Without any exaggeration, we waited over 5 minutes multiple times for the gate person to open the gate because they were too busy chatting with other people. Other than that it is a great park.

This is a member park, but anyone can stay. We are members here, but that doesn't mean I'm promoting them. Everything here is quite adequate, I don't give five stars very often, but this is a better one in this area that I've stayed at (3). I don't stay for long periods at bad parks. I believe there is 3 10-10-10 Good Sam resorts here, and Preferred is one.

Our entire experience with this park was great. From our check in with Terry and Jason to checking out so easily with just Jason and everything in between. The pool and jacuzzi were great, as was the WiFi. We will definitely return to and recommend this park.

This place is great! I really appreciate the extra care that goes into the place. I especially like the fact they put a marker indicating the name of each plant species in the ground next to each plant.

I checked in the morning of 11/8/17 and stayed a few days. This is a very nice park. I loved my site. I only had one issue at check in with a staff member but I can look passed it because she was a trainee and it can be expected. The covered and heated pool was awesome.. The laundry rooms and bath houses were clean and warm. This is truly one of the better parks I've visited. I'm considering a membership and making this park my home park.

Great park. We checked in late Nov 1, 17 and were warmly greeted by a very friendly man at the front gate. He checked us in quickly and answered all our questions. We only stayed 1 night but what we did see of the park the next morning before checking out around 9am it was very nice. We're glad we stayed here and if ever in Pahrump again we will stay again.

Preferred RV Resort is great, as is it's staff. The front gate guys, Leon and Jason are so friendly and always have a smile to greet the guests with. The office gals, Julie and Toni are so helpful and ready to answer any questions I've had. Russ, the park host was very knowledgeable about Pahrump and very personable. The one maintenance person I met, I believe his name was Chris was very polite. And the 2 housekeepers, Brandy and Shasta were awesome. Perfect experience. I will definitely return.

Wow!! This RV park is the BEST. Everything is within walking distance. It is located in Pahrump, NV and is considered the gateway to Death Valley. You do need some kind of transportation to get there. Grocery Stores, Casinos, and different places to eat are within walking distance. The RV park has so much to offer. It has a laundry place, sauna, pool tables, inside heated pool, a lot of mature trees and plenty of grass, pets are welcomed, card games on certain nights, workshops using woodwork, quilting, sewing, and more. I could on forever. The best thing is to have y'all come and check it out yourselves. You will not be sorry. Thanks for taking the time to read this book!

I never give 5 stars unless I get cash or treated like royalty, so this place has my highest score! Very quiet and clean, no annoying kids or dogs. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Pool and spa area is nice with grills. Other campers are very nice. We skipped all the breakfasts and dinners but they sounded yummy! Concrete pads and tables are a nice bonus. And the casino is a 3min walk if you're into that sort of thing. All in all a great stay.

This is one of our favorite CG . Personal go out of their way to help you. Great pool and hot tub, clean and spacious showers. Clean and big laundry room. Breakfast and dinners were very tasty. Landscape is beautifully done. Big CG but not crowded . Plenty of room on sites. With cement pad with picnic table. Easy in and out.

Well maintained, indoor swimming pool, indoor hot spa, good clubhouse facilities, nice outdoor relaxation tree covered shaded outside fish pond, three casinos within walking distance. Over-air-television, good. Only thing that kept this from a five, is the intermittent free WiFi. The WiFi repeaters are spread out well around the park and I had a five out of five bar signal to my compter, except the Wifi internet would go down frequently. In their defense the park was nearly 100% full. I would come here again and again. I really like the place. They would be a five resort, once they get the WiFi band expanded.

I truly love this place. So much so, I got a membership and stayed. It's clean, well-maintained and very affordable on a fixed income. The occasional guest needs some dog manners, but they are rare. Mostly, the tenants are great, the staff is SUPERB and it has everything you could want. NO hot asphalt under your RV is a HUGE plus to us. The rules are good and well-intended. The pool is clean and large and has a retractable dome for winter and weather. There are activities and game rooms and a spa. Who could ask for more?

By the way (regarding Airomee's review):. There is a horrible review on here that is full of questionable statements. I wonder if she's reviewing the wrong place? 1) She says we park in asphalt here, that is not true. It's all gravel and nice and cool on hot days. 2) There are many older RVs here, along with brand new ones. I've never been at a more liberal resort with regards to RV condition...within reason. 3) we are not on a main highway, we are on a mostly quiet access road with very easy in/out and lots of street parking before registering. 4) We barely hear the casinos, there is little noise from them. 5) I've lived here 4 months now and never seen ONE homeless person or "crazy" lingering anywhere near here. 6) Preferred RV is the most affordable RV resort we've ever been in. 7) She says Pahrump Station is so great, but if you read her reviews of it, she says it's fallen into disrepair and cuts it down. Her review of Preferred is full of ridiculous accusations and as a resident here, I am dumbfounded as to how she can post those things. It's OK to be upset and post a bad review...but this blatant disregard for an honest review shouldn't be allowed. If there were a reply button, I would reply to her. If Google offered a way to alert them to this, I would. Not everyone will like everything about a given place. But her review is out of line a misleads people with things that simply aren't true. Please remove her review. She is obviously confused or got mad and posted an exaggerated bad review as retaliation.

Do not let that one exaggerated bad review stop you from coming to join us at Preferred RV Resort. I live here and love it. It's not perfect, but it's darn close and some amazing and wonderful people are here.

Nice court. Super friendly staff. Level lots. Quiet. Many activities offered. Pool and club house. Staff host came to us right away and helped with day trip planning. Lots for parking vehicles is large be each space is right next to the next one and I do mean right next to them. You don't look out your window into the next, but if your neighbor is out side they are pretty much below your window. Sewer hookups were a problem. Many guests had long coupled sewer hoses to reach. They have a lovely fish pond and plenty of room for pets.
