I have extreme anxiety going to the dentist and everyone here put my mind at ease. Everyone was so friendly. My prior dentist retired right before COVID and I was not quick about finding a new dentist. Ended up at the ER and then my doctors with a huge infection. I called in the morning and the staff got me right in as a new patient. I had xrays, an exam, antibiotics, and a referral to get my tooth either fixed or pulled. I have appts set up for cleanings and a couple fillings. They have a tv for distraction and noise reduction and clear “Covid curtains” up so the equipment is very hard to hear in other rooms which REALLY helps when you have anxiety there. I’m very pleased with the care I received!

I feel like the impossible happened - I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist! Dr. Billings and her staff were absolutely phenomenal, I have never been so at ease in the dentist chair. It was such a contrast to the abject fear I came in with, I can't even put into words how much I valued feeling safe and comfortable with the process and my care. Thank you ever so much!

always warm and welcoming. extremely friendly and educational. willing to work with you to help insurance with insurance coverage. Clean and organized.. My kids are also very comfortable there.

Made the highly recommend move to Lasting Impressions and can't believe I haven't been going there all along. Completely stress-free atmosphere, the staff are so polite and welcoming. Dr. Billings is GENTLE and quiet and patient and I'm so grateful. And the prices are so much more manageable. Do yourself a favor and GO.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with anything dental. Very kind, considerate, and understanding staff. This is not your "normal" dental office. As soon as you walk in the office, you feel welcomed and more than just a patient. I actually look forward to my appointments here. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love Dr. Billings and her professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind staff.
The office has state of the art equipment and all procedures are explained before and after; not only to parents but also to our children which I feel is very important. Her bedside manner and genuine and sincerity is like no other! She is a professional who is extremely knowledgeable but as a parent, her kind and supportive way is just as important to us! Honestly she takes time to explain and always more than supportive to each one of us to call with anything at all! She always has exhibited the best interest and care of all four of us. We are so blessed and thankful for each and everyone in her office! Obviously can't say enough-I can say our girls do not dread going to the dentist! Thank you to Dr Billings and her wonderful staff!
