I just picked up my car from Schiro's after being involved in a small accident. They took such good care of my car and based on the explanation of work they were super thorough in doing so. They told me they estimate that it would take a week to get my car fixed and it took them exactly a week to get all the work done. I think that's a great turnaround time considering they had to order a new factory fender, install it and fix my bumper which was dented and needed some paint touch up. Not only am extremely satisfied with the results, I'm also grateful they were kind enough to buff out some very minor scratches that had nothing to do with my accident.
To start the process Ryan in the front office contacted me as soon as my insurance emailed him the claim. He proceeded to do the scheduling and the coordination with both the insurance companies and the car rental. He had the rental car company come pick me up from Schiros [when I dropped my car off] and when it was time for me to pick up my car, Ryan had me leave my rental at Schiro's and he coordinated the return of my rental car. That's amazing service.
Isaac was my advisor and he was equally amazing. He was patient with all my questions and made sure that all my concerns were addressed; he explained the everything and followed up on everything I asked.
Both Ryan and Isaac were very communicative and kept me in the loop throughout. I really had a great experience using Schiro's; everyone was professional, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. They deserve 6 stars on yelp. Thank you for being awesome.response / report this review -

The great team at Schiro's did a first class job repairing the damage to my car from a rear-end collision. Excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. My car was returned to me like new. Highly recommend!

Schiro's has been a wonderful place to me and my family over the years. For one who has been involved with some car accidents and seen the gamut of car repair places, Schiro's is tops. I write today, because there was a slight misunderstanding, the first time I have ever encountered any snafu, whatsoever, at Schiro's and the company went over and beyond to rectify. I am quite pleased and continue to recommend them highly. Very professional, the best body work in town, very well-run establishment, you will feel very well cared for. I trust them completely.

I got side swiped and brought my car into Schiro's to be repaired. Isaac Rivero took care of me I explained that i was trying to avoid getting a rental car and was coordinating the repairs with when i was going to be out of town Isaac said they'd to everything they could Then, Schiro's offered to drive me back to my house so i wouldnt have to Uber Isaac gave me updates over the course of the next week and my car was ready a day earlier than expected In conclusion, EXCELLENT: SERVICE, WORK, AND COMMUNICATION. Would recommend Schrio's to anyone.

Went in for an estimate to repair damage from the "dreaded pole" on the rear passenger (side) door. Nancy was honest and suggested just a simple clean-up, which she had one of the guys do to remove the yellow paint. What a difference! Instead of $800+ to repair, I drove away feeling better about my car. The indentation is hardly noticeable now, and does not effect the functionality of the door. I advise searching elsewhere. We needed the side bumper by the wheel well to be pushed back into place, it had popped out. Schiro's estimate was $1500, with 18 hours of paint time WHEN THERE WAS NO PAINT DAMAGE. I asked him to cut out the paint part then, I didn't care, but he refused, saying "We can only provide the best service, nothing less". We walked out and had it done for $450 at a place nearby, I recommend all to stay away and search elsewhere. It may be good work, but at way to high a price.

This is my first time being here and I don't ever need to find another body shop again because I will always be coming back. They take care of you and explain everything they are doing, every step, every price and why. They give you options and always talk to you if something new comes up. I appreciate the staff so much and the price may seem expensive but it's worth EVERY penny and they will work with you if you're in trouble. Thank you for taking care of my car and thank you to Isaac Rivero for all the help and compassion. Keep up the amazing work.

Start to finish good service. Received updates on repairs throughout and very happy about the work done to my vehicle. Special mention to Anna, Wes, and Isaac who made the experience smooth and super professional. Great communication from all and Isaac was able to get my car back to me 2 days early!
