  A little long but worth the read.
  I recommend to stay away. I'm not comfortable giving this business my loyalty anymore. My registration had 2 days left before the deadline and as a result I was told by the guy working there the "smog verification" would take 24-48 hours to post with the DMV and that I wouldn't be able to renew online until then, and possibly miss my deadline. So he offered to renew the registration through him for an additional $30. I replied that I remember the letter saying something different and he pressed further saying "Hey, it doesn't make any difference to me but if you don't register through me you'll have to wait a month to get your registration." I said I was ok with that and that I'll take my chances with renewing online the next day. Here I am 12 hours later and my "smog verification" has gone through and I was able to renew via the DMV website with no problem. I felt like I was given a hard sell on the additional (and unnecessary!) $30 to renew through him. Overall I feel I paid too much here and my friend said I paid nearly twice as much as normal, and there are plenty other smog checks out there. I'm ok with overpaying a little but not the hard sell and what now seems like dishonesty with the additional $30 offer to renew through him. I originally gave 3 stars bc of the overpriced rate but then changed to 1 star after I was able to renew online without having to wait 24-48 hours like the man said along with a "trust me" during the hard sell. I won't be using this establishment in the future. Dishonest.

  Sent my wife here when we moved to CA so she could avoid going to the DMV by herself. After charging over $500 ($250 more than DMV fees listed on registration - not itemized on receipt) we received letters in the mail from the DMV indicating that the registration was suspended due to lack of insurance information. She went back and they told her it wasn't their responsibility to let her know she needed to submit the information after registration. Very poor customer service, would not go back.

  Fast, Knowledgeable, Courteous Service!! I came in on my lunch hour and was treated really well and got my car registered quickly and the air conditioned office was a bonus! Thank you for the great experience.
