Wow. I should have checked the ratings before booking. It is no wonder they have a two-star average rating. I made my flight reservation on a Friday called within 24 hours on Saturday and they did not allow me to modify or cancel. I spoke again the Monday after and customer service agent Ana Mercedes agreed that I was within my 24 hours when I had called on Saturday but that now she was not able to do anything for me. I explained to her that all I wanted to do was to leave two days earlier and that couldn't help me I would file a credit card dispute. I asked her if we can resolve this without me having to go through that and she said that she could not help me. It is sad when customer service representatives and their supervisors interpret the letter of the law instead of having some common sense avoiding their company extra grief.

It's a mediocre airline. I won't give it 1 star because you should know what you are getting into with a budget airline. I think most people give it 1 star because they have huge expectations. This airline is like a Spirit airlines but for international flights. As far as the review well..The airline has a great boarding process. The prices are the cheapest if you want to get to Europe. The food is bland and tasteless and you only get 1 meal in the flight. The seats are extremely tight and uncomfortable. A plastic chair would be more comfortable. Also both flights i took the interior was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Overall it's just OK. Use this airline if you want to save money. Take your own water and food that you can buy after you pass customs and security. Take noice cancelling headphones!

Drove 6 hours to Miami to catch a direct flight to Spain, only to be on the worse flight EVER! The flight left on time, at 930pm, dinner was not a priority to serve, that was about 3 hours after take off, not to mention, NASTY! Just don't order the chicken 🤢 I don't like to waste food, but it was inedible. Sleeping was another issue, the seats were not comfortable at all, a lot of adjusting from one side to another, maybe got in 3 good hours of sleep. The pilot was good, take off and landing. The flight attendants, flat. Didn't seem as pleasant as the flight attendants on Condor. Yes, please read the reviews, if I saw them prior, I would have had my husband select another airline. Wouldn't be flying with Air Europa again.

DONT DO IT!
If you think that saving $500 is a good deal wait until you finish your purchase than you will see that paying extra $1000 for orther airlines is the best thing you do to yourself!

After many years using American Airlines didn't have any other choice than use Air Europe. Unfortunately very bad experience. Awful customer service totally disorganized during check-in. They charged everybody on the airplane 120 USD for each carry-on. I called to reserve the seats with more leg space, they confirmed that to me and the seats didn't have more leg room. The food was terrible. My worst flight ever so far. One of the worst airline companies, that I ever used. I will definitely not flying with Air Europe ever again. I don't recommend to anybody.
