Best airline I know to go to El Cuidado Mexico.

DIA Construction is ongoing (will it ever end?). Park west side, North end on the top level. International arrivals North end, level 5, wait at the glass doors. There is no seating right there but the wait from aircraft landing through customs was only about 30 minutes. Ticket counter is level 6.

Worst airline EVERif I could give a half star I would. 6 months to get a call back from Customer Support as they don't have a phone number so all you can do it send repeated emails. IF I would get a refund it would be 1 year before I would receive the funds. LOL

Worst experience in an airline. They don’t know the meaning of punctual nor efficient. Almost all of their flights are late. Specifically domestic flights. I missed my flight to Denver from Mexico City because of their flight from Cancun to Mexico City was delayed by hour and half. Then I had to stand in a line for 3 hours before someone checked for available flights. By that time there were no options and had to wait over night in Mexico City. Our work schedules were ruined. And the hotel they put us in is very basic and barely felt comfortable in it. While the delay was their fault, they never treated us with with respect. We felt that, they were not willing to do whatever is necessary to get us to our destination in a timely manner. Very disappointed in their service and will never fly with them again. I recommend trying to find other options as much as possible.

THIS IS THE WORST AIRLINE COMPANY TO FLY WITH. Their phone service is poor, their flights don't run on time and they provide zero to minimal compensation for delayed or missed connections. They keep you on hold for hours just to hang up, and never call you back after asking for someone to call you back. We were given vouchers for a hotel due to their horrible flight organization skills and missed connection, and no taxi voucher so we had to use our own money to get to the hotel and once we got their the hotel didn't have our reservation so we had to go back to the Mexico City airport, using our own money again and Aeromexico stuck us in the SHADIEST hotel down town Mexico City. Then, they stuck me and my partner on EXIT ISLE seats on our flight to Lima when they rebooked us after we paid for the original seats down to Lima. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to speak to someone who could help us extend our flight by one day and we were given no discounts for the large inconveniences. Worst service ever. Their flights are horrible and so is their customer service.

This Airline has made my wife and I decide that we will never again visit Mexico.

We got held up at security, but still showed up for our flight almost 20 minutes before scheduled takeoff, and we're not allowed to board the flight that had not yet left. The airport in Mexico City is also one of the worst I've ever been too, and I've been to a lot of airports. Trying to ask someone where to go is pointless, and the signage is not helpful at all for directing people. The crowd management in customs is flat out ridiculous. People were just making their own lines, and there were only three attendants stamping passports.

Back to the airline, thoughso once we missed our flight, we were told we needed to go get our tickets changed for a later flight. Okay, fine. We go and ask for another flight and are told by the AEROMEXICO rep that they would not honor the return flight, even if we purchased the new ticket to our destination. We were going to have to purchase a full round trip at the last minute, that we already paid for. That new round trip would be $3000, for something we paid $2000 for already, months in advance.

This airline and this airport are each a complete dumpster fire.
