Dr. Kozacko was able to extract a tooth that my periodontist and another local dental surgeon were both unable to remove! Basically pain free with only normal post operative healing! Highly recommend Dr. Kozacko! His staff is very professional and friendly!!

Dr. K was a skilled oral surgeon with a personality. Te told me what he planned to do and did it! I was, however, expecting the post surgery pain that I experienced during and after other implant procedures, but to my surprise, there was no pain at any time. I didn’t need any pain killers and simply took my antibiotics as directed. He’s got my vote for the best of many oral surgeons I have used and would recommend him to anyone. JDM. 10/2022

I had a broken rotting bottom wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. I had went to previous places and no one seemed to care about my concerns. Little back story I have intolerances/allergies to medications and foods. So I am very careful with everything I take because I went into anaphylaxis over medication before. Dr. Kozacko was the ONLY doctor to take my concerns seriously. He removed both right wisdoms because there was no need to remove all four. The surgery went quick and I healed great. The staff was so kind. I cried the day of surgery and they were all so nice and keeping me calm. Being a moderate/high risk person I am scared easily. Everyone was wonderful, caring, took the time to explain everything, and took the time to discuss the best course of action. I will absolutely be back if I need to have any more teeth work done. There are a multitude of good doctors in Raleigh, but Dr. Kozacko is the best. 10/10 stars from me if it were possible.

All three of our children have had their wisdom teeth extractions done by Dr. Kozacko. He and his staff are professional and caring. When I called with a concern after one of the procedures, I was able to speak directly with a surgical assistant instead of waiting for a call back. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Dr. Kozacko and the entire staff at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of North Raleigh who managed my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. The front desk and nurses were kind, welcoming, and informative. Dr. Kozacko is an excellent oral surgeon who is attentive, answered all our questions, and made my very anxious daughter feel comfortable about the procedure. We highly recommend Dr. Kozacko and the entire office staff.
