Worst customer service representatives. Called and was put on hold for several minutes while you can hear the representative being rowdy and unprofessional in the background. I would not fly with them ever again or would not recommend to others. Don’t fly with Aeromexico!

Less then a star for sure. I got 5 tickets to sit together- they have my sweats to other people expecting 2 from my family to move to the back further in the plane 2 sitting then one- we got the tickets together to sit together- thank you for separating my group of 5 for 2 on one side and the other- thanks
Sadly already but return tickets I can only expect the same besides taking my groups carry on and letting others carry on there airline is not I repeat not good at all- the worst

AeroMéxico is the one airline that has by FAR the worst customer service. One hour before your flight this airline does not allow you to check into your flight via the kiosk. They also will not have customer service representative available to assist you. This airline is not like the other major airlines. I missed my flight because this airline left me with no way to acquire my boarding pass. They refused to refund my money. Don’t waste your time or money with this airline. Listen to all these reviews! They are very true! If I could give this airline a half star review, I would.

Avoid this airline at all cost. This company needs to go out of business. Overbooked the flight by 16 people and yet without any notice, moved my reservation to the day after! Person at counter, most unprofessional employee told me there's nothing they can do. Went back and forth for over two hours but did not apologize once. Just nasty..

Sad that i have to write a one star review. Most airlines work really hard and care about having a good image and positive customer reviews. I can see that Aeromexico clearly does not. Over all a horrible experience. No customer service and very unprofessional. They where rude to my wife she and i. I tried to call in to take customer service about it and that's non existentant. Sent in several emails with no response. Would not recommend them at all. I think sprit is steps above this company.
