I went to the store not knowing what to expect. The receptionist called a salesperson, Cathy, and she was very helpful. I told her what color I was looking for and she showed me several hanging rugs. She offered to put them on the floor so I could get a better idea of the size and colors. I couldn't decide that day so I said I would be back. I returned a week later but could not remember the lady's name, Cathy, that helped me. The receptionist called out all the the salesperson until Cathy appeared. I remembered her face and she remembered me. She preceded to show me the rugs we had previously viewed, I chose a rug and she called some to load it in my car. All of the salespersons were friendly and not offended that I wanted Cathy to help me. This was a GREAT experience. No one was pushy. Everyone was friendly and I will be back. Great job!

I have spoken a lot with the owner, Sam Presnell, and he is one of the most genuine and honest people I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable about oriental rugs, and won't steer you wrong. Just talk to him and you'll see the difference between The Rug Gallery and some of those other rug stores that are constantly having "going out of business" sales and then somehow always sticking around. A true professional.

The owner of Rug Galley personally dropped off my rugs, when there had been a slight delay due to manufacturer of the rugs! Best customer service around!
