Friendly staff. Stubbs membership is a huge incentive. The concessions could use more options. There are no snow caps!!! Clean bathrooms, and fairly comfortable seating. Overall a great place to take the kids for a fun night out.

Good prices on matinee showings. I saw all three Hobbit films here at their midnight showing! Great. Obviously the food/drinks are overpriced, but you'll get that everywhere.

My family likes to visit AMC in Richmond IN. There is always a large selection of Movies. The Theator is spacious and comftorable. The snack Bar offers a wide variety of snack items. The staff is curious and helpful. Enjoy my visits to AMC!

The seats are not really comfortable and the concession prices are outrageous. Stadium seating in some theatres, but if you go to see a movie that's been out for a while you will be stuck in one of the older theatres without stadium seating and has a weird smell.

They could not get the projector to work since it is computerized it had crashed apparently. They gave us movie passes so I was going to be back tomorrow. I was not going to think bad of them even though i would expect them to have a backup system. What infuriated me was when I asked about the drinks and popcorn that we spent almost 50 bucks on and they said since we had some there was nothing they could do about it. It was not like I expecting a refund but maybe a pass for the stuff since we were coming back. I understand its food but for one they over inflate the prices which I get since it's an entertainment venue, but if we aren't getting the attraction we paid for why should we come back and give them 50 bucks again; and two it's not like he drinks and the popcorn cost them that much. What do you expect me to do, wait and make sure the movie starts and then get food? Maybe we can take it home because of course everyone stops by the movie theatre and picks up their special drinks and popcorn to take home and watch a movie because it's so much better said no one ever. I used to really like this place but this is just a bit of disrespect that I can't stand.

Since assuming ownership a few years ago AMC has put a stop to talking and cell phones during the movie, which is a blessing. Sometimes the sound is way too loud and never seems noticed by "projectionist."(machine, I assume) The price of concessions is stunning, much higher than in the past, and typically far more than the admission ticket.

My only gripe is the narrow range of movies offered; all Hollywood, popular films with poor plots and too many sequels. More independent films and foreign films would be nice. There are enough screens for these films with plenty of room for Hollywood blockbusters.

I love movies that is all I can say lol but I must admit I can't really attest to the food I rarely buy food or snacks buying a drink is a bit much.

I see every movie that is released. The staff here welcomes me each time as if we are friends. They make me feel welcome. The tickets and popcorn prices are the cheapest AMC prices I have seen. I do not like the old theatre section and I hate when I realize my movie is playing there. It smells musty and the lay out is poor. I do agree with David Ashcraft. I have to see lots of movies in Indy that never come to Richmond. Unless they are blockbusters we do not get them often. Some of the best movies I have ever seen was not shown in Richmond. That is a huge disappointment. Overall I feel we are lucky to have this theatre in Richmond!
