Needed some gravel for drainage. I spoke with Mary and Wayne on the phone and they were both incredibly helpful. The gravel was delivered the same day and the delivery driver was also very pleasant and helpful.

Not only did the delivery driver knock a limb off my cherry tree after he drove off with his bed up, but the quality of the mulch I received was quite poor. I purchased $220 worth of mulch from these people. I pulled out tons of rope, plastic and rubber. I called to inquire about a solution to the driver taking out a tree limb and the individuals I spoke to were totally dismissive and disrespectful. Ultimately there was no resolution and the man that I spoke to said, "Well we do that sometimes." This to me is an incredibly unprofessional and completely apathetic response to the situation. After more research I have discovered that cheaper alternatives exist in the Burlington area. I do my best to support local businesses when I can, but this is one local business I cannot and will not support.

Very helpful. Busy too. Went to site and office was receiving steady call volume on a Thursday afternoon.
Spent about 20 mins going over options and even allowed us to go home with a sandwich bag size sample of rock to determine if we like the look with our landscaping.
