This company was a breath of fresh air after I was scammed by 2 Bryant Heating and Cooling technicians. Bryant Heating and Cooling lied to me stating that my recently purchased furnace's control board was bad and needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me $649.00 just for LABOR! Tod came over from Quality Heating and Air the next day and informed me the control board was perfectly fine and it was just the limit switch. He got it working for less than a fraction of what Bryant's Heating and Cooling wanted to charge. Quality Heating and Air is now my go to HVAC company and I would highly recommend to anyone needing an honest, affordable HVAC company to hire.

A/C went out last September so I had a new full HVAC system installed. Austin was thorough in his assessment of my needs and available options. The installation was an extremely smooth, quick process, and the new system works great. Since installation, Austin always makes himself available to answer any questions I might have in a timely fashion. His knowledge and customer service are fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommend Quality Heating and Air LLC.

This was the first place I called after reading the good reviews on Google. My elderly parent's AC was not functioning properly and it was a hot day. They were there in less than 3 hours. They did an excellent job and did not try to sell another unit and were very honest. They cleaned the unit and charged it with freon. Highly recommend this place and will be using them in the future for any repairs.

I have always had a great experience with Quality Heating and Air! I recently needed a second opinion on the status of my furnace. Austin showed up with the proper testing equipment and gave me an honest assessment. I would HIGHLY recommend Quality Heating and Air for ALL heating and cooling work. Quality is GREAT to work with!

I dont want to bash the company but the fact I seen a driver in a company can buying and drinking beer is rediculous and would not want someone under the influence working on anything of mine.

The team came by for an estimate on some issues with the AC unit. They provided some recommendation for work to be done unrelated to AC unit while adjusting some settings on the AC unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Was able to get my AC seen in just a few days, the tech took time to explain everything that was going on with my system and how to improve it. Took his time to make sure everything was just right. I will use them again.

The guys at Quality were fantastic. I had spoken with several other HVAC companies about replacing my air handle & heat pump before I met with them. It was clear immediately that they were more knowledgeable and had better customer service. I have a complicated setup in my condo building and they navigated it smoothly. They were done in the time they said they would be and my new system works perfectly. I have already spoken to my neighbors about using them too!

Excellent experience! I would highly recommend these guys. Honest and trustworthy and never made me feel as if they were making a sales pitch. Ask questions, get an honest answer. They were fast and friendly. I have not had a better experience with any type of repair or appliance service. Thank you for extending the life of my a/c unit by a year. It gave us the time to save the money we needed for the unit we wanted. Good not be happier

Being new to Louisville we needed to build a list of tradesman for various services and really lucked out finding these guys. They show up at the time promised ,inform you on what's wrong or needed , and the approximate cost. I would highly recommend this company (we request Austin) for any HVAC need.

This is the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. They have been servicing my system for several years. Two years ago they installed a new a/c for me and this year a new furnace. They have been very responsive to our needs and helpful and forthcoming with whatever information I requested. They are professional, respectful, and very knowledgable about their craft.

Austin, fixed our AC like a boss! We had four different companies come out to look at the unit. Not only was he the only one who could locate the real source of the problem, he was able to fix it for waaay cheaper than any of their competitors. 5/5 would call again.

Quality has serviced my system for three years now never once missed an appointment. This time I needed a new air conditioner and they worked with me to figure out the best one for my home and the best value for my dollar. I appreciate the work they do. Everything was completed on time on schedule and at the cost quoted.
