  Professional as can be. I repeated asked him about the more expensive option of also replacing the furnace, and he told me every time in no uncertain terms that it wasn't necessary. The AC unit he installed is way more efficient and quieter too. He also took care to order an AC unit that is the same company as the furnace to maximize compatibility.

  Recently I had a complete heating & cooling system and the water heater installed in my home by AirPro. Kam and his team provided outstanding service. From the sales process and installation, I was impressed the entire way. Kam provided a very reasonable quote on the system based on my need. He answered every question I had and explained cleanly what will be done in installation. He even made an extra trip to stop by and make measurement to ensure the new system fits the space. In addition, he and the installers showed up promptly on the scheduled day and finished quicker than I thought. They were very professional and courteous. The entire job was completed in 5 hours. Their installation was spotless and tidy and did not leave a mess behind. The new systems are efficient. Fantastic job! I would highly recommend AirPro!

  I had AirPro replaced my old furnace and air conditioning system recently. Overall satisfied with their service. First, they offered the best price compared with other local companies. Second, they showed up on time. Third, superb job done. During covid-19 time, they showed their care by wearing masks and shoe covers all time. Since the system was just installed, I would wait for a few years to check "good quality" field.

  We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service for both the maintenance service and our new heating and cooling system. In the past, we had tried other providers and were generally disappointed by their lack of attention to their customers. AirPro has been great with providing clear explanations and no pressure recommendations. We have a new HVAC system, which was done quickly, professionally and priced very reasonably. We trust and highly recommend AirPro.

  Kam and crew did a great job installing our new HVAC system last week. The work was completed on schedule and the system works great. Kam is professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly, trustworthy. He answered all our questions, explained everything in detail, reviewed all the work he and the team did. We appreciate the great service and good price. We would highly recommend Wu and AirPro.
