  Friendly and helpful staff. They will give you all of the directions you will need for a full day of site seeing on the water. Kayak rental was simple and rounded out a full trip to Monterey perfectly.

  Our kayaking Adventure led us next to sea birds, otters (a lot), and sea lions. It was surprising to us how close the wildlife was willing to travel. I have done sea kayaking in Puerto Rico, and Savannah and this had the greatest amount of wildlife.

  Adventures by the sea recently organized a Scavenger hunt for our company outing. It was handled great - the hunt was fun and interesting and got to know a lot about Monterrey and its history in the process. Included some fun things to do - that kept it challenging enough and provided some great photo opps.
  The staff was friendly and energetic - they were available (in bikes and on foot) to guide us as we ran through the town hunting clues.

  Good service and gear. We rented a Surrey bike which was fun. Not cheap but for us was worth it.

  Terrific bicycle and kayak rental store. Helpful and funny staff. Incredible location. Outerwear provided for kayaking. Must try!

  Took a kayak tour of Monterey Bay, which sounds weird at first, but was just what my wife and I needed to get out on the water. Just paddling around on our own would have been boring, but learning about what was around (and underneath) us was great!

  Affordable bike rentals, friendly staff. They have all kinds of bikes including Surreys for families although folks in our group who chose those struggled a lot to get them moving (it's definitely a workout). We preferred the single bikes - they are in good condition and helmets are included. The trail has beautiful views on the way to 17 mile drive from the bike rental.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented two bikes for 4 hours and rode along the coastline. I think we got to the Ghost Tree, very close to Pebble Beach, it was a 3 hour ride. Very beautiful scenery. Definitely, it is a very nice activity to spend a whole morning in Monterey.
