  Jan and her team are excellent. Shortly after signing our contract with them, we ran into trouble with the planning department of the city of Pacific Grove. Spanning the better part of a year, Jan personally stood up for us on multiple occasions in the planning department meetings and finally in a meeting of the City Council, and, as the direct result of her organization and diligence, was successful in convincing them not to force us to tear out what was more than $75k worth of renovations to our home. She is an absolute professional and you couldn't put your home in better hands.
  
  Aside from that specific example of Jan's competence, these are the reasons I will gladly continue doing business with MBPM:
  -Their website is efficient and intuitive.
  -Their staff is courteous and conscientious.
  -Their preparation (i.e., cleaning between visits) of my home is outstanding.
  -Their knowledge of the cities in which they operate is invaluable. They were extremely helpful when it came to navigating the bureaucratic maze that the local cities have erected.
  
  We are very grateful to Jan and her team, and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for diligent professionals.

  Loved our 6 month rental from Monterey Bay Vacation rentals!!! My husband and I stayed in a beautiful cottage in Carmel by the sea for 6 months in 2016. While I was living in Canada, Kyle Burritt of Monterey Vacation Rentals went out of his way to find the perfect rental for our 6 month work contract. The rental was as expected from the website pictures and description. If there were any issues or problems, which were minimal, Kyle assisted us immediately. I would highly recommend using this management company to family and friends. Thank you Kyle!!!

  We have been renting vacation rentals from Monterey Bay Property Management for the past 5 years and couldn't be happier! All of their properties are perfectly maintained and beautifully appointed. We have seen many, many of their properties and every one has been just lovely. Our personal agent, Rhiannon McCraner, is so efficient and helpful. If there ever is an issue with the properties, she handles it immediately and we always get a prompt repsonse either by phone or email. We continually refer our friends to MBPM for either short term or extended stay vacations and do so with complete confidence that all of their vacation rental needs will be met with porfessionalsim and efficiency.

  As an 8 year guest of Monterey Bay Property Management we wish to comment on our experiences. In all of the vacation properties we have rented over the years, VRBO, etc., we have never stayed in such clean and well appointed properties as those managed by MBPM. The diligence of housekeeper, Mary, cannot be compared to any other. She is exceptional! There is never a problem when making a reservation as Michelle and Ashley are true professionals. We are greeted as family upon each return visit. Should an issue arise needing maintenance or WiFi attention there are no better men up to the job than Shane and Massi. They attend to these few matters quickly and just brilliantly!! The quality of the homes managed by MBPM is exceptional and the owners of said properties have made an excellent choice in choosing them. I confidently recommend Monterey Bay Property Management to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation property.

  Great place, wonderful people.
  
  Moving to a new area can be very overwhelming, and Monterey Bay Property Management helped me each step of the way.
  
  Everyone is extremely kind and readily available. Most importantly, the employees are organized and professional.
  
  They helped me find the perfect apartment in Pacific Grove. It was clean, safe and I loved my neighbors.
  
  I would definitely recommend working with this business. Jan Leasure helped me in a very stressful time.

  Kyle Burritt at Monterey Bay Property Management was very helpful in finding the right home for our group to rent. The home was very clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable - not to mention beautiful and well located for our event. The customer service during the reservation process was timely and efficient. My one small issue was with the actual property manager not calling me back. Turns out the garbage cans were almost completely full and/or inaccessible. Being a very large group, we had lots of recycling, which we had to leave in bags next to the garbage area. We were charged extra for the disposal of these bags. I twice called the property manager later to explain and never received a call back. That being said, I would highly recommend Monterey Bay Property Management! It's not often now a days that you get such personal service when looking for a rental home.
