So I went here for a Bachelorette party and our service was absolutely horrible. After we got the checks we left and I decided never to go back. Days later I checked my bank account and had found out that they overcharged me by $100 called for about a week and finally got someone who said they would get it fixed ( they had messed up most checks from our table). I kept checking and checking and nothing had been fixed. So I finally started calling again to see what could be done and no one answers the phone. So not only did the location have horrible service but they basically stole money from me and won’t take the time to make the issue right. It’s quite aggravating that this could have been something fixed easily and nothing has been done.

While the food they prepared was delicious, they were missing 3 food items the night we went. They were out of crab cakes, beef liver, and chuck shoulder plate. They were very understaffed and only had one inexperienced server. We were sick of waiting for service that we began ordering drinks from the bar and cleaning the table ourselves. It took the server an hour to get our bills correct after reprinting them twice. By the end of the night we were just ready to leave. The whole experience was over 3 hours long.
We had a reservation for 12 at 6:30 and were waiting until almost 6:50 for them to seat us. They were not prepared for our reservation and the manager seemed very frazzled even though the place was nearly empty on a Saturday night.
We will be trying out other restaurants in Buford as we steer clear of this place. Do not come here if you have a party larger than 8.

The restaurant looked appealing but, as we were seated , we notice slow service. When we ordered oysters for appetizers they were out. Which was disappointing the alcoholic beverages were lacking flavor and presentation. My husband has been a restaurant manager for over 6yrs, he ordered the beef shoulder plate, a few seconds later, we were notified that they were also out of that. We were looking forward to wining and dining, but those little details didn't help. The place wasn't that busy, for a Saturday night. I know we will not go back any time soon.

We just left as I went there for my birthday dinner. We had a party of six. My fiancé and I were very unhappy. The service was extremely slow. It is a Friday night and it was not busy at all, It took forever to get our drinks and even longer to get our food. We ended up ordering another drink because our drinks were gone by the time dinner arrived. The food was decent but a little on the bland side. Also, they were almost out of everything we asked for! They were out of the fried green tomatoes, moscato and fried ice cream. It was also extremely hott. Besides the goods company and decent food the best part of the night was the piano player who did a fantastic job.

We also made reservations through open table made a note it was a birthday dinner, called to make sure they knew it was a birthday dinner and then reminded the restaurant when we got there. NOTHING was done. As we were leaving they said..oh right we were supposed to give a free cake, we apologize. Overall this was our first time there and were very unhappy.

My parents 60th anniversary and my mothers 80th birthday. 12 guests and Adams restaurant nailed it. Sebastian and Kasey gave great service and the chef and kitchen staff prepared 9 different dishes and 3 appetizers that were so delicious. Good service, good food, good wine and drinks. Id call that a good time.

I felt like a good glass of wine aand appetizer's on a Saturday night. The bartender service was awfully slow. I was the only person at rhe bar and didn't get my drink, a glass of Merlot, for 10.minutes.

Ordered the Crab Cakes. They were average. More filling than crab meat. The bread was warm but there was a strand of hair in the bread.

I told the bartender who told the manager and she came over and her first statement was our Chef doesn't have any hair and wears a cap. Not I apologize, not I am sorry that this happened. She didn't offer anything to compensate for my bad experience.

I am done with them. They don't appreciate my business. I.will NEVER GO BACK!

We had a reservation for 5:30pm, we arrived early about 10 min. We were seated promptly but it took about 10 min before we were ever greeted by anyone. We ordered drinks and appetizers, it took another 10 min before we got the drinks. The drinks were watered down and didn't taste like there was any alcohol in them. For the price you would think they would have been made appropriately. We ordered two drinks each throughout our visit and they all were the same watered down and tasteless. Especially the last one my husband had ordered, it was all clubsoda! We were the only ones there other than two other tables. Our server was not very attentive and considering it was not busy we were confused as to why? When we finally got our food which we both ordered steaks med, they came our looking amazing but when we cut into them it changed it all! They were well done! Not being able to locate a server or the manager and we were already at our point of screw it, just eat it and get out of here! The prices are high for food and drinks, so our expectations of the experience were set really high. Only the opposite happened we were highly disappointed in the whole visit. Not going to be on our list of returns or referrals.

Beautiful setting with amazing night life in the speakeasy under the main restaurant. It's a reimagined breath of fresh air set apart from the dives and dance floors you're used to. Come hungry, too. The tapas are to die for.

What a knowledgeable bartender staff, with drinks that do just the right amount, and no one who bothers you constantly. Didn't have food, only drinks. Great place for hanging out with a few girlfriends. Adam was very kind and personable, down to earth waitstaff. Will definitely bring business guests next time.

Incredible food and wine. Knowledgeable wait staff made my dining experience amazing. It was a Monday so the environment was definitely calmer, but there is also a speak easy downstairs that I found interesting.

Our server was nice and it had a nice atmosphere. But, our calamari had no seasoning to it and the scallops tasted like you were taking a bite from a horse's salt lick - gross! Plus, there was an older drunk man a few tables away from us saying wildly inappropriate things far too loud. From what I could glean from his conversation with the server (because yes he was that loud), he knew the owner which I guess is why no one asked him to be quiet. Overall, it was just ok. For every positive thing you can say, there's something negative to counter it. Not worth a repeat visit.

Waited over 45 minutes for our drinks and then we were brought the wrong drinks. We asked for a menu to order from. She brought us one surprisingly quickly but NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO TAKE OUR ORDER. When I took the wrong drinks back up to the bar, there were two other people asking for service stating they had been waiting forever. Very nice atmosphere but McDonald's is better run than this place.
