This Shogun Japanese restaurant is the same as the one near my house. Their fried rice is the best. Especially, the combination fried rice. I love both of the Shogun Japanese restaurant. :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Waitress ignored us and set our food down without saying a word. Worst service ever on top of terrible tasting and overpriced food. Sushi roll was a goopy fried mess, I've never eaten a sushi roll that terrible. The rest of the food was ok at best but not worth the $. Save your money and go somewhere else like Sushi Heya where they care about their customers and the food they serve.

Very typical chain hibachi that offers sushi. Neither are great sushi or hibachi. Service can be good but not always friendly. Atmosphere is dated and could be revitalised.

We eat here frequently and are always pleased with the hibachi dinners. The staff is always courteous and friendly. They actually remember us when we arrive now. Our soup is always hot, food is always prepared perfectly, and we always have enough for leftovers. It gives us lunch the next day! We have never had a bad experience and have been coming here for years. They will always have our business!

Worst service I have ever had. Waited 20 mins. For water alone. The waitress was not friendly at all. After ordering food and waiting another 20 min and not getting our food. I decided to leave! Terrible service! Not going to pay when I have to wait 40 mins and not receiving any food. I will never go there again!

Waitress was rude after we waited for about 20 minutes(only people there was us) for the cook to come out and make our food. Cook was very unpleasant made it so awkward. Food was salty and cook just look like he hated his life. Waitress never showed up til the end when she handed us our bill. We had a party of 5. Went back to work and realize in top of the $10 tip we gave her she had charged a 18% tip additional. Drove back and waitress couldn't even explain why. FYI you can only charge 18% on a party of 6 or more. Dishonest and horrible customer service. Its sad that they try no sneak charges like this on your receipt. Always check your receipt before payment!!!!! Never coming back again!!

This place is awful! This is the second time we have ordered something as takeout. I ordered filet hibachi, both times they gave me strip steak instead. The first time I let it slide, the second time is ridiculous, I even told the lady when I ordered it the second time of what happened with my first order. NEVER AGAIN! With all the competition out there you would think they wouldn't do something like that.

Food was okay, however the waitress that served us looked super unhappy to be there and created a very uncomfortable environment. Was rude to another customer around sitting with us at the hibachi area about his allergy. Stopped us as we were leaving and made us tip her. Even though her service was horrible. Never going back.

We used to go here all the time and loved it. Apparently they have a new owner and they no longer give u soup unless u want to pay an upcharge. Then they told my husband that if he didn't like that then we should just never come back. I suggest everyone avoid this place like the plague.

The only reason I have given two stars instead of one is because the food is OK, it's not the greatest.
The service there is absolutely TERRIBLE, and they have things listed on there menu that they won't make or give to you. I just wouldn't recommend to waste your time or money here.

This hibachi grill rocks! It's certainly not the best I've been to, but I have to praise it for it's consistently good service and the excellent quality of the food. I've eaten here more times than I could count and I always know that I won't be disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair. This would be a good place for a work day lunch or a dinner with friends.
