I cannot say enough good things about Acumen and Marc Page. My emails are always answered within twenty minutes, a wonderful feeling when I know how many other renters he is overseeing. A lot of companies out there only care about bringing in new tenants and then move onto the next person, but Acumen continues to care about their current residents and any prospectives.

Marc Page and his staff are EXCELLENT. I've lived in one of their property houses for over two years now and I have not had one complaint. Whenever I needed them to fix, check on or repair anything, they where right on it. They are professional and dependable. I recommend them to anyone in need of a home.

My experience with Acumen Property Group has been exceptional. First, they work with clients who have less than perfect credit. Second, the maintenance staff is quick and very efficient. Third, Marc Page and his staff do a great job of communicating with their clients. Finally, Acumen Property Group offers clean and affordable homes in and around metropolitan Atlanta. I wish I could stay in my rental property with Acumen forever.

I have rented a property from acumen property group for the past two years. It has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Marc Paige and his staff are extremely professional. If anything goes wrong it is taken care of immediately. Someone from my place of worship just asked me where he could rent a home from and I gave him the acumen property group number as well as Marc's number so that he could experience the same level of professionalism and peace of mind that I have had. I have been renting from this company for the last 2 years and their service has been excellent. I recently was in a car accident that made my life a little difficult and hectic but through it all my property manager Marc Paige stayed completely understanding and helpful. Marc is very quick and attentive when it comes to repairs or questions regarding my house and he informs me well in advance of any inspections which is more than I can ask for. I absolutely love the service this company and Marc has provided and if I had to do it again I would choose them!
