This is a different king of apartment rental place.there are two to four bedroom apartments but you do not rent by the apartment you rent a room and there is a common area which is the living Tom AMD kitchen who you share with random roommates.it's weird but perfect for college students.very clean.they have a nice pool and a very up to date gym

I lived here for multiple years never having any major problems. Great neighborhood with a friendly office and maintenance team!! Always a plus having the buses to campus on property!

I absolutely loved it here. Staff was so accommodating and my neighbors were actually lovely. It was like one big family.

Lived here just for one summer and had way too many issues. Mostly because they ripped us off. Too many extra charges even after two months after moving out, but with no explanation for anything. Took way too much money from me and my roommate. Hard to fight against because no one listens or cares. Maintenance would come in without warning whereas Lexington Crossing would send us emails for time frame. Had absolutely no regard for residents whether it was courtesy or convenience. My neighbor had to switch cars and they refused to give her another parking decal. She ended up not even being able to park anywhere close to her room. 0/10, would not recommend. The one star is just because I liked the apartment itself. Terrible management.

I lived here for two years and overall it was a great experience! Aside from a couple of low points, I can honestly say I enjoyed my time here. I lived in a 3/3 and it was a nice, pretty apartment with lots of space. The property is very nice and well-kept. Office staff were usually very responsive to requests, with the occasional maintenance request needing to be followed up on. It's a big complex that manages many units so that isn't really surprising to me. Most of the hang ups were toward the beginning when we moved in, and that makes sense considering hundreds of people were all moving in at the same time. Expect to get utility overages in the summer if you want your apartment kept at a comfortable temperature. Even at 77 we received considerable overages, but I think that's more on the part of GRU's prices than the enclave. (I also recommend turning off the heated dry feature of the dishwasher if you use it often. That alone saved us tons.)
Overall great experience! Only reason I left was because my roommates and I decided to go our separate ways. Would recommend the place and if given the chance I would live here again!

Been living here for 2 years and I LOVE IT!! The office folks are very nice and helpful,always. I love how quiet it is here at night and how spacious and new the apartments are. The Enclave is very very nice compared to other apartments in gainesville for this same price. Staying here another year!! :)

Living here has been good up until my last few months on the lease. I live in a 4/4 apartment with only one other person because my other two roommates moved out, and we have never had more than $10 in overages, and we are extremely cautious of overages. We don't leave windows or doors open, we never set our AC below or above 78 degrees. Yet we always get at least $5-$10 in overages but that isn't the problem here. This month me and my only other roommate have been charged $60 dollars in overages for the month of May when we had to call maintenance TWICE in that month about our AC going out and our apartment being nearly 90 degrees for DAYS. I called on 4/20 and they "fixed" it; two or three weeks later it broke again and I had to call the emergency line because it was almost 90 degrees in our apartment yet the AC was still pushing itself to make it 78 in our apartment. In no way shape or form should we see ANY overages for that month when it is entirely THEIR FAULT that our AC broke because they never fix anything, they slap a bandaid on the issue until another month or so goes by and it happens all over again. Also, it is even worse that they didn't properly fix our AC twice in the span of one month because they illegally rented my room to me without any windows. In Florida, it is illegal to rent a room that does not have a window because they are required by law to have a back up in case you are trapped in your room during a fire of any sort and need to exit through a window. They did not include any of this on my lease and I had to find out the hard way when I moved in. Imagine living in a room for weeks during the summer in Florida without a properly working AC and NO WINDOWS. We refuse to pay this overage.

Front office staff is helpful and attentive, willing to answer all of my questions with a smile. Very informative crew. Maintenance team is unmatched. They will respond to requests in a timely manner and are friendly and sociable when they come into the apartments. The complex itself has all the amenities I could ever want. The bus stops are convenient and the buses come regularly to take me to the UF campus and close grocery stores. I highly recommend this for both students and nonstudents!

I man currently a resident and absolutely love it the staffs are really nice and welcoming! Hey have been so helpful and always there for me whenever I needed assistance! I definitely plan to resign and suggest others to take a tour!

Enclave is a great apartment! They have really been responsive with our phones calls and apartment issues. I also love their new amenities especially the gym! Definitely would recommend others to check it out! Also, the staff are amazing and super nice!

The Enclave has been a good experience so far for me. I looked for apartments very late, and found the Enclave just by chance. From what I've toured, the rooms here are some of the nicest. Spacious rooms with extremely large walk in closets. I expected Utility overages, and the staff member that gave me a tour initially even told me that its pretty normal for tenants to have overages. So if you just factor in 10-15 dollars more from utility into the rent price, I would say the rent is still competitive for what you get. The past few winter months I've been overage free without being ultra conservative on usage. The rent is a little on the pricier side compared to other places, but I think if you can afford it, this place is totally worth it. I've only had a few minor maintenance issues, but haven't had any of the problems with the office staff that the other reviewers have mentioned. I won't be renewing in the Fall, only because the rent went up a little bit more and for the price I would prefer a 1 bedroom apartment, which the Enclave doesn't offer. Internet and Cable included is a nice perk!
