Professional from start to finish! Chris who did the walk through and estimate was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed done. He walked me through their services and didn’t pressure me in any way. The two gentlemen that did the actual cleaning were on time and super efficient. They wore masks and booties and worked nonstop for over 5 hours! My carpets look bright and new - highly recommend Absolute Carpet Care!

With all the negativity out there, its nice to be able to compliment someone on their good service. We had used Absolute before. So we knew how good they were, and they're still topnotch. Everyone from their inspectors and scheduler to their technicians are knowledgeable, professional and just nice. But you can see for yourself from our pictures. .. (that before pic is just for comparison don't judge) :)

Great experience from start to finish. All the employees I talked to and worked with were professional and very pleasant. The carpet and upholstery cleaning turned out great! Would highly recommend!

It was really great dealing with this company. They were very nice and accommodating to my scheduling conflict. They came ready to go and I was truly amazed that they got all the stains up out of my teenage sons floor and my basement carpet looks brand new. Very good job and excellent customer service!

I had a huge stain on my carpet which was dried and had been there for weeks. Will and Wilbur came, looked at it, and said they would do their best. They did their thing, and when Will showed me the carpet, it looked brand new!! You could not tell anything had been there! Awesome service, prompt, polite and professional, as was Erin at the office. I'm so thankful they were recommended to me!! I was SURE it would never come clean.
