Stopped at this location in the mall today to ask some questions about my bill. This is by far the best experience I have had with AT&T in years. I worked with a nice young man by the name of Nick. He not only helped with my bill issue but also told me about better options for me that gave me more data and saved me money every month!! He also gave me a whole FREE month of DirecTV Now! Thank you Nick!

They suck they talked me out of the iphone seven i wanted for the galaxy s7 because they said it was a better package because it came with the VR but a month and a half later we find out they didnt even order the stupid thing the day we bought the phone they switched us from two diffedent people and the one who didnt even sell me the phone talked me out of it because the deal was "better" so the second guy who was apparently the manager said it was out of stock and that they would order it, again they didnt i would direct your service away from the kiosk

Was walking past figured I'd stop and look at new phones since mine was running slow. Amanda the store manager was able to point out why and helped me get a new phone with enough storage that it won't happen again. She was very polite and friendly. Great store and great experience.
