Wonderful stay last night. We got a king room with a nice deep soaker tub, which was much needed after 9 hours on the road yesterday. Good breakfast, great variety. Coffee wasn't bad.

I stay at this Holiday Inn at least once a month for business and am never disappointed! The staff is incredible and the attention to detail is beyond belief. Rooms are great and they even provide the little extras that make staying here special. Thanks to you all and I can't wait for my next stay!

This hotel is conveniently located off of I80 in West Middlesex Pennsylvania. We got a standard room with a kind bed. The room was very spacious and surprisingly had a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The full breakfast is nicely stocked and is open till 10am on some days. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend of October 20th. It's safe to say we were blown away by this location. The room we got (king bedroom suite) was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pillows very large and soft. The bathroom was clean and shower spacious. The font end staff was very friendly as were the maids cleaning the rooms. I had to ask her for extra toilet paper and towels and she was able to provide them with a smile. (We've stayed at other hotels where such an ask seemed to be a burden). Staff is always smiling and saying 'hello'. The room was very quiet and we had a great sleep.

Highly recommend and we will definitely book here again when in the area. the breakfast was also top notch as far as hotel breakfasts go. ☺

Dan we more than helpful during our stay. When I expressed our disappointment with our room he right away jumped in to rectify the situation. He knew we were in town for a funeral and was gracious. The staff was amazing. Always smiling and helpful. I will always stay here when I am in town visiting.

This is the HIE in my top 3 list. Food truck out front two nights a week during the season. Managers reception every night with drinks. Beautiful patio area to relax. Yes there are putting greens near the patio. The staff here knows how hospitality works. I will stay here whenever I can.

I stay at your hotel 2 or 3 times a year. which has always been good. But my last visit was Great. Let me say Patrick, Patrick, Patrick. He knew i played guitar, i had mention that i left home in a rush and forgot it. The very next night i returned late that evening from a 14 hour work day to find a guitar in my room with a very nice note that i would like to share with you. It takes a lot to loan out your guitar to anyone but to a hotel guest.

This place is great. We stay here 3 to 4 times,a year. Would not stay any place in the area. The front desk are amazing. They treat you like family. The breakfast is good. The snacks the offer for free is awesome. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Pool area is very clean.

We came from out of town for a wedding. They were incredibly accommodating with us, texted me early that morning to let us know that our room was ready and the staff was very professional and polite. They went over and above what was expected to make our stay amazing! The room was very nice, clean and well stocked with quality guest items. Breakfast was also amazing it was real, good tasting food!!!
I would give them 5+ stars and would definitely stay here again!

I attended a work meeting at this location, the hotel has a lovely entryway and very helpful staff. The meeting room was relatively small but it was a nice space and it was well kept.

Stayed in April 2016 for business and could not have been happier with the accommodations. My employer chose the hotel and paid for it, but if I had to stay in the Hermitage area again, I'd emphatically prefer this Holiday Inn Express. With the 25 cent happy hours that my co-workers and I took much advantage of, to the phenomenal breakfasts, and the amenities - it felt more like a vacation than a business trip! The staff was wonderfully kind and understanding and they went above and beyond! My beau and I are planning a small vacation and I'd love to come back to this hotel, possibly get a Jacuzzi suite! I tell everybody traveling around Hermitage to stay here! Thanks yinz :)

I'd give more stars if I could! I spent three days there last week, on short notice, because I had to attend a funeral. The staff was wonderful, from the time I arrived. They even had a sympathy card and bag of comfort treats and a travel pack of tissues in the room. I've never heard of a hotel doing that before.

The room was spotless, well-appointed and very comfortable. The bathroom was bright and the shower was hot and perfect. breakfast was great each day and the dining area was kept very neat. The indoor pool area was clean and the hot tub was great after a few very stressful days!

I can easily say it was my best hotel stay in the last several years. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be staying there the next time I come in town. Nice Job, everyone!

I visited the Sharon Holiday Inn for a social event and was pleasantly surprised! We were mainly in the pool area, which doubles as a greenhouse of sorts and houses some beautiful live plants. The floor to ceiling windows showcase a really nice rock wall. All that put together makes for a really nice getaway. All in all I'd definitely pick the Sharon Holiday Inn for my next local vacation.
