So Dirty!!!
The service was great and had no issue with the movie or anything. But the theater was so disgusting. We were in the IMAX and I expected it to be at least decent. But the arm rests were covered in sticky stuff and the chairs were all gross and stained. We kept our coats and hoods on. The bathrooms were cleaner that the theater seats (and they were gross still too). I will never go back, this is the dirtiest theater I have ever seen.

When they first opened up, it was a great theater, but sadly has declined over the years. After going to emagines now for a while, this place doesn't even compare. And the biggest issue for me is the crowd it attracts now. I've tried giving this place a chance more than enough times, but after last time I'm calling it quits. Nearly every person that goes to this theater thinks it's ok to be loud and obnoxious the entire time. Last time I was there, two separate mothers brought several kids each, under 7 years old, to see Stephen Kings IT. was highly inappropriate and of course they were absolutely terrible. Will not be returning to this theater.

Just nasty! Bathrooms and theatre were filthy. $30 for two tickets in a theatre with old dirty seats. There was a group of children, some who were barefoot, running around the concession stand and in the bathrooms while staff watched and did nothing. Very disappointing experience.

We went to amc to see justice league. They only had 1 person working the concession stand. I had to repeat my order 3 times. The person still got my order wrong. He also over charged us in the process. I usually like going to the AMC Great Lakes Crossing. Normally they have good service. Today's trip was a huge disappointment.

Popcorn everywhere, seats filfty, old, uncomfortable and stained. The staff wore no smile what so ever and the prices are way too high. It’s close to mjrs which have recliner seats (why they went up in price.) in conclusion, never again

The restrooms were a total nightmare and beyond disguisting. The theater I was in was dirty and the seats are old, uncomfortable and stained. I didn't even want to sit down because the seats were so gross. Also, they needed more help at the concession stands. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a worker to pop up. This theater used to be super lovely and clean. I am not sure what has happened. Hopefully they can get it together soon.

This is my favorite theater, it's always clean, friendly staff, and the theater rooms never get super packed. The theater is pretty big, some of the concessions stands back in either of the hallways with the individual theater rooms aren't used though. It would be cool to have multiple concessions stands, but I get why they're not in use! Like all theaters, the women's bathroom is super hard to find. 😡

Below average. Over priced tickets. I think most people go and pay more just because of it being inside the mall for convinience. Regular old seats when others have big new reclining seats for less ticket prices. Not very clean. Sound and picture r fine. Popcorn is below average too.

I would give no stars if I could. The place is disgusting. Trash everywhere, popcorn everywhere, it's as if no one works there or something. The seats were filthy. I was afraid I was going to get dirty as they all were so old and nasty. After the movie, every single trash can was filled and overflowing with trash that I had to throw away my trash outside as I didn't want to throw it on the floor like everyone else had done. The price for a medium popcorn and large ICEE was $14 just for me. That is ridiculous to pay for old popcorn that after finding a long hair in I threw out. I will NEVER return to this awful, horribly managed, filthy, old disgusting theater again. Never, ever, ever, ever, return. Yuck.

There are a lot of people there but at times it feels understaffed. This is also where the place can get spooky at night if you followed my Great Lakes Crossing review. You can maybe understand that.

Solid theater. They have an interesting/odd setup where you buy your concessions BEFORE they check your ticket. No big deal, just different. AMC quality still all over this place.

for all of you people who review that prices are "outrageous". No dip it is the movie theater. as this is for many movie theaters with good quality and many options. if you want to be cheap and complain on google reviews, go to your local two screen theater and pick from their crappy movies. Oh and good news they only usually charge 5 dollars for a movie at your local theaters, but you only get two crappy options, so good luck. should not be cheap and complain on google reviews!!! how lame! :)

Ticket prices are outrageous. 10.49 for a matinee movie. Everything is self serve. Fill your own drink, buy your own ticket, butter your own popcorn. You'd expect exceptional quality and impeccable theaters for those prices. Well, like me you'd be greatly disappointed. Sticky floors, old seats and a long walk past empty concession stands to get to your theater. This will be the last time I go to a movie here. I'll stick with Emagine in Rochester.
