Was told tickets were 5 dollars via the sign up special at the theatre. Downloaded the app. Lady at counter didnt scan it spent it 60 bucks and she couldnt issue me the points for it. Great start to new theatre. My kids love movies. We see them pretty much weekly. So i decide hey everyone deserves a second chance. Tonight that was it. Thouroughly annoyed with the rude manager at the desk. My tickets were suppose to be 5 bucks for their tuesday special that they have been texting me about for weeks now. I buy the tickets dont think much about it. Nobodies in the ticket booth i used the machine. So then i see the sign and say hey okay.im not crazy its tuesday they are suppose to be 5 bucks. Tell the lady she says okay ill let the manager. At this point we waited a few minutes and the show was starting so i went it said ill deal with it after i had 2 excited boys. So we enjoy the movie and not the 10 dollar popcorn that was burnt. But they didnt have other popcorn the girl was sorry. So basically we were told eat to bad. Then i say this is annoying i really want my 15 bucks back so i ask the lady thats actually in the booth now and she says oh yeah this happens all the time on tuesday let me call the manager to fix it no problem. He comes and said your show already past. Yeah because you never came out the 1st time. So basically your theatre false advertised and if you watch a show on tuesday and then realize you were over charged we can basically kiss our money away even though every other person paid 5 bucks. But becuase i the manager couldnt deal with it before the movie. The movie past and now thats too bad for me. And your staff isnt really nice. The little girl with the her nasty hair down in the food isle was super rude about that bad popcorn. Annoyed should have waited a week and bought the movie than contribute to your businesses continued lousy services.

This is my home theater its amazing good service not so bad food but things cost too much but thats how oh most every movie theater though so i guess its all good.

I always choose this theatre to see movies, it is very comfortable here and I love the reclining seats. Sometimes it is hard to get close parking.

Friendly staff, very clean enviorment, comfortable seating, good quality movies, food is decent enough for movie food. Only problem is it is expensive.

I went for a kids movie with my two kids. So when we reached we were told you are late but its OK movie is still in the preview. Then we were sold tickets for next day. Then they told us there was a goof up on their part they will resell the shows tickets. I said OK , no problem. But it got even better I was told oh now you are 20 minutes late all the computers are locked and won't let them sell the tickets for the current show. Great I left the theater with two bawling kids ( one of them a toddler). I am never going back again

This place has improved alot in the last few years. Much cleaner. Room temperature always good, not too cold or too hot. Very comfortable seat.

Comfortable recliner seats that allow for lifting the arm between you and one other chair. Ticket purchases can be done online or through a kiosk but plan ahead to choose your seats or risk the show being sold out. Late night movies you may find yourself unable to refill your beverage after a certain time.

Horrible experience , I've been going there since I was young. Now , everyone entering after 9:00pm has HAS to have an ID which is understandable because of violence with young kids but for example me and my boyfriends which is 20 and me being 18 , I have my ID and he left his because I drove so now they let us in. Guess who has to either run home and get his ID or return the movie we just drove to see. Your better off going to valley view , they have amazing customer service & can care less how old you are unless your to young but not as petty as ridge.

I love this theater it is very clean and the seats are very comfy but the prices on the food and the drinks are a bit expensive.

I love this theater, it's my go to. I'm a big fan of AMC in general, and this theater is nice. The parking sucks, but the seats are all reserved seating and recliner chairs so you can put your feet up.
