Recently visited, and the experience was very pleasant, save for the chair that I had to sit in was a little filthy (sticky from spilled soda, still popcorn on the floor around it and in the chair), I know staff doesn't usually get the chance to clean everything but I'd recommend staffing a few more people in the busy holiday times. Other than that the staff was very pleasant and courteous, ticketing was prompt and machines worked well. Theater was a good size.

Best place to see a movie in town. Full reclining seats. Reserved seating. Got traditional snack bar plus full bar and you can order real food. I won't see a movie anyplace else. Kept clean and well staffed. Manager helped when I had to leave movie early for family issue. Gave me a pass to came back and finish.

I've never heard of reserved seating at a movie theater. For newer movies you better book your seats ahead of time. If you try to go there thinking you are going to see the movie you will most likely be disappointed. The seats are stadium seating and motorized recliners and pretty comfortable. They are setup in a dual type pattern with 2 seats together.

I love going to this theater. Is absolutely fun. Sadly the prices for their concessions is outrageous but I think that's just anywhere. Even with their rewards members cards, it's still not a better deal. tickets and the bar is what really brings me in. The bartender there is really cool too. Chad always takes good care of me. Overall my experience is always been in a positive and exciting one. Definitely will go back, especially for the seating. Those seats are so comfy I almost want to fall asleep

Recliners and stubs program. I go here often. I prefer regency over orange park. Regency seems cleaner than orange park, it seems bigger, and friendlier. 15$ for a year is a really great deal if you are a movie buff like we are. Reclining is nice. It's a,movie theater for all types of life so I'd say pretty decent on how they keep it clean. Do your part throw out your trash.

I was kind of surprised with the seating (electric reclining 'leather' love seats). You have to pick your seats when you buy your tickets. You can't see who is in front or behind you. Food selection was decent. I could have done without all teens being noisy during the movie, and there were a lot of teens when we went. Price was higher than most other theaters. Other than the noise it was a nice experience.

Great experience. All seats good sized recliners. Not to crowded. Lots of legroom. Assigned seating. Seats are selected and assigned at ticket purchase. Get. Concession upgrades and perks when you join stubs rewards program.

My wife and I love to come here because of the new recliners that you have in the movie theater. They are modern and updated. It is an amazing theater. The only reason why we give it four stars is because it's in the Regency area.

Theatre is nice.. if they could only do something about the screen hopping kids. Also could be a little cleaner..seems everytime we go it is a bit dirty..other than that love being able to reserve seats in advance. Service when used is good. We actually travel farther to go here versus other theatres.

AMC Regency post-renovation features several Awesome perks. Super comfy recliner chairs is only one of the numerous semi-new perks here. It Does feature a bar also, but Relax - drunks are never denigrating the aesthetics by drunkeness rooting about the place. An Awesome Rewards card is also offered. Some Arlington locations are Improving! Come Visit!!

This place is my favorite movie theater. I love the seats! That's what really sells it for me! And the price is decent to get in. We have a stubs membership too which helps. They have bars too, but it's pricey. The only other place I go for movies is Sunray in 5 points. It's locally owned and I prefer to give them my money. Also, Regency isn't the safest area of town. The theater almost always has a cop out front which alleviates some of the concern.

An overall nice theater except it needs some major cleaning in general. Bathrooms smell like urine and theaters need thoroughly cleaned behind seats and in cup holders, especially the ones with recliners. Not sure how often this is done but it should be checked regularly for cleanliness in order to keep from bugs and rodents.
I would say they have the best tasting popcorn by far. Would love better options of ice cream with cones other than the already offered options.response / report this review -

It's a bit more expensive than other theaters, but its totally worth it. Nice screens, fantastic seats, and I am a big fan of assigned seating and general space between people. Overall, the theater is very nice.

Best theater in Jacksonville. They have recliner assigned seating. Best to buy tickets online and just show your phone at door. Easy. Comfortable. I can't go anywhere else. Stubs Club totally worth it. You get to skip the long popcorn line and you get $10 for every $100 you spend on top of discounts like not paying convenience fee on Fandango. Pays for itself even if you only go to the movies two or three times a year. The first time if you have a big family like mine.
