While the venue itself is beautiful-and the symphony and ballet were WONDERFUL performances..our viewing of the first scene in Act 1 of The Nutcracker was RUINED—the staff continued to seat people 25 MINUTES AFTER curtain had gone up. Not only was this rude and completely disrespectful to the patrons who were there on time and in their seats-it was completely disrespectful to the dancers and musicians who had worked so hard. PLEASE PLEASE enforce a rule for closing the doors to all entry after the performance has started! It’s common courtesy, and common practice.

Great little theatre. As many others have said, due to the size there are no bad seats. The bathrooms are small (even for the size) and prior to the show there was a line FOR THE MENS RESTROOM! The line for the women's restroom was at least 10 minutes. Drinks are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. $16 for a double. I realize that event drinks are usually more pricey, but seriously? The selection of liquor available was also very lacking. Finally, many concession items are cash only which is very frustrating. Other than those few minutes or details, not a bad experience.

Went to see Game Grumps live, and everyone was kind and professional. The real highlight? The bartender who got my soda water. She was sassy and sweet, and she made me laugh almost as much as the show. I wish I'd gotten her name, but she was tall with dark hair and a great smile, so if anyone knows who that is, for the love of the gods, she deserves a bonus.

I use a walker, there was no visible ramp to use to get to front door. Had to go down to find a driveway to walk up to get to entrance. Went to 2 different areas to buy tickets & was told l had to go somewhere else to buy handicap tickets. Was given good directions. A long walk to the parking garage for my husband & myself. Took asking 3 people, who were very helpful to find the right place to buy tickets. After the tickets & parking pass were purchased, and a long time negotiating downtown traffic, she gave me a phone number to use for next time so we don't have to fight the traffic.

Went to see Sesame Street Live. The show was great. No mention on the website of a “no diaper bag” policy. They made us leave our bag at security. This is an event for small children many of whom are in diapers. Not only didn’t they mention the policy online, and I looked, but they were also really rude when telling us about the policy. We stood in line with tons of other parents who also had no idea they couldn’t bring a diaper bag. The lady suggested we should have brought a clear bag like at the stadium perhaps if that’s what they want people to do, they should make the policy clear on the website. And they went through our bag so they knew it was filled with toddler necessities not weapons. I have no problem with a no bag policy but I feel you have a responsibility to let people know in advance. Just my two cents.

Great venue for events, plays, musicals, concerts, symphony, and more. The only complaint I could make is that there are never enough bathrooms during intermission. (Universal problem.)

Moran theater was beautiful and staff were friendly. Lining up and checking in for the concert was well organized and quick. The only issues were the audio and food. During the concert, the vocals were very hard to hear/distinguish over the bass and drums. There was also limited food available for purchase before the show (there were like 10 places to get drinks, but only one food stand that sold candied nuts).

Great venue! Small theater. Perfect for kids shows and others that benefit from an intimate setting. Very clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was an awesome addition!

I usually only go there once a year to see my granddaughters in their dance recital. The co to Nancy Dance at the beach and have been dancing for years. I used the parking valet across the street and it cost $5 and a tip. Well worth it. I don't have money to go to anything else but they have many interesting things to attend. It's next to The Landing so You can always go early and walk around if you want.

Great venue! It's not huge, and every seat is a good one. I've seen several performances there, and it's always been great. Security is easy, they offer drinks, and the bathrooms are always clean.

The finest acoustics in the city! If you get a chance to go hear your favorite bands or go see one of the holiday concerts here you will definitely appreciate the clarity of the sound in this building! There's also a great riverfront view out back! If there's an intermission between shows, definitely step out back for a drink and enjoy the view! I don't think there's a bad seat in the house!
