Heard nothing but great things about them 10/10s but I had the worst experience of my life in there. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. No one deserves that kind of experience.
In chronological order:
One OBGYN told me “you’re going to hate yourself after this baby because you’ve gotten so fat”. This was about the 3rd you’re fat now comment from her. I am a size 12 after having my son hardly something I hate myself over.
I decided to take the genetic testing they offered, but when I asked for the results repeatedly they would say I never had the testing done and then when I proved to them that I paid for it they would say they haven’t received the results. The last time I had to ask they didn’t have the information and then “found” it after my appointment and called me on my drive home to tell Me Over told me I was a carrier for Smith Lemli Optiz. (Come to find out that it was the most sever form thanks guys for telling me over the phone and telling me it wasn’t a big deal wth)
I eventually tried to switch to a different practice but was told “no one will take you” because I was so far along with my pregnancy so I didn’t bother checking around which was probably a mistake not to check anyways.
Then I ended up Having an emergency c, it happens whatever. But I told them I could feel the scalpel and they still cut me open. and then made me beg them to stop cutting me open while I could feel it. Last thing I remember was telling a man “you’re choking me I can’t breathe” apparently he was stuffing a tube down my throat to put me under without telling me what he was doing.response / report this review -

The nurses are completely rude. But the worse thing is how they practice wastes your time. My appt was at 1pm and its now 145 and i still hqve now seen the doctor. When i came in there were two ppl waiting in the lobby. This is ridiculous! If i were 45 or more minutes late i would have to reschedule the appointment.

I love Faben Obstetrics and Gynecology. I can't wait to have my baby delivered by these wonderful doctors they genuinely care about their patients and always check on you to make sure everything is well. They answer any and all questions I have. The downtown location is Super clean and staff there are always friendly welcoming you in with a smile. 5/5

I went there for an appointment, I was turned around because I had an issue with my,flex spending card, I took off of work and the lady at the front desk explained aloud that I had a balance balance and could not be seen without full payment, it was very embarrassing and I am very upset, I love Dr. Porter but unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere for care, the service I received today was very disappointing, I'm never going back, they are clearly only for the wealthy well insured, if you don't have money don't bother.

I did like the doctor I saw at this practice but not enough to pay the amount they are charging. I was charged over $400 in co-pays to have my IUD checked out just to tell me they don't see anything wrong. I was charged for 2 ultrasounds because the girl "may not have been able to see the full picture". I wasn't even told i'd be charged for 2 at the time. Had no idea until I got the bill. On another occasion, I went in for an annual pap and was charged over $100 in co-pays for labs that I didn't even order. You could imagine that me receiving a bill for something that should've been free really ticked me off! They usually ask if you want the STD screening, apparently they took upon themselves to do this because as a MARRIED WOMAN, I definitely didn't ask for it. I have an HSA and manage my dollars carefully. I would just say ask for prices before you agree to anything!! I've definitely learned a hard lesson with this practice and am currently looking for a new gynecologist. I just can't go back there again after this.

I've been a patient for about 2 yrs now. And everyone has been courteous, helpful and understanding from the time I walked in until I left after my appointment with my fabulous, kind, caring and beautiful Doctor.Dr. Fox. Wish I had met her 35 yrs ago. Wouldn't go and place else.
