Went and saw two movies today. Had no problems with the first movie, but went into the second movie to find our seats covered in trash from the previous patrons. Found new seats, but had to move because they belong to someone else. Luckily we didn't have to move again. I usually go to another theater, but had gotten gift card for AMC. May not come back if it is habit not to clean theater in between movies.
10 minutes before Star Wars the last Jedi was over the movie cut out. And the lights came on. I know have to stand in a line to get a refund because they can’t get the movie started. The last movie I went to was over a year ago. Never again. Pay all this money for a huge inconvenience.
This is my main theater I go to, been coming here for a decade now and its still as great. There's only ever been like one or two problems watching movies here that involve the 3d screwing up or sound issues but they very rarely happen. This AMC recently got the amazing freestyle soda machines which let you combine flavors and stuff. The staff are also nice. Recommended
Late 2017 Edit: The theater recently got a massive renovation. They switched from "free-for-all" seats to reserved seats. All the seats also recline. They also added a Dolby AMC Theater for big movies. I honestly recommend watching your most hyped movies in dolby cinema if you can as the sound and screen quality differences is massive. I massively Recommend this theater now as a Good movie watching spot.
I love the huge, comfy recliner seats here, and I love being able to choose an assigned seat (I actually love that people tend to choose the middle seats and I've wound up sitting next to great people and making friends throughout the movies - adds more of a social, fun aspect that I didn't expect). Cola slushies, good popcorn, great seats perfect movie theater for me.
Absolutely amazing service!! Staff is very professional and efficient. I love when in concession they assist you as to what to do to get a better deal on food. Seats are extremely comfortable as well. I love the new assigned seating. It definitely guarantees you will have a seat. I know Epic Theatre has the assigned seating so I'm glad AMC joined the wave. Will definitely come back and make this my regular theater!!!!
We walked into the theater after buying our tickets and people were sitting in our seats, so we chose some random seats but then we kept getting shuffled around. I have never heard of assigned seating in a non sold out movie theater. It makes you feel like you are back in the first grade. I will not be going back to this theater.
They are disgusting and seats are gross. I complained to staff that as we entered the theater my daughter sat down on a melted glob of candy or gum. I explained to them that it was dirty and they still didn't clean it.I will never go back again.
Love the renovations and upgrades they are doing. The reclining chairs are very comfortable. Will forever feel like I'm being overcharged for the food and drinks but I don't think anything will ever be done about that.
Absolutely awful. The audio in the Dolby theatre cut out as the movie was starting. When we went out to see what was going on the manager was telling people it's not his fault, and we should blame the electric company. One person in our group had to finally cut him off of his tirade and ask if they were going to restart the movie or not. They had been aware of the problem but didn't bother to let any one else know there was a problem. Why not come tell us that you needed to fix things. That would have been so much better then acting like it was everyone else s fault. Couldn't you have just said sorry, we need to reset the speakers please hang tight? I highly doubt anyone would have been upset about that.
Love this theater. The upgrades they made are very nice. Food is overpriced but thats normal for a theater. Highly recommended.
Good moview theater. Although they need to step up their game. A lot other movie theaters you can go to that can provide a more relaxing and better experience. The floors kinda sticky with all the soda spills that dried I guess. It's still ok, went here several times with the family abd we enjoyed it.
Friendly staff and excellent service. I wish I could remember the name of the young man who helped us with our Stubbs card when we forgot to show it at the concession counter! Wonderful experience every time.
Have attended this theater since its' inception. My experience is always positive, due to their consistent professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness. The prices are understandable due to the advent of the
DVD, a family of four need not spend a hundred dollars, even if you pay $44 (That's assuming no one is a senior or you didn't go to the matinee) for tickets and purchase the two #1's ( Large Popcorn and Drink) for $28. They will give you a box and cup to share, additionally, you are allowed a free refill on each, totalling $72. Also, I love the fact that I can spread out as if I am on my couch and snuggle with my husband. Beats a recliner.
